ARC chairman to address Cobb chamber

Tad Leithead, chairman of the Atlanta Regional Commission, will be the guest speaker May 3 at the First Monday breakfast meeting of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce.
Leithhead succeeded Sam Olens, former Cobb County Commission chairman. Leithhead was one of 15 citizen members of the ARC, which is mostly made up of elected officials, when he was elected chairman in December.
The meeting starts at 7:30 a.m. at the Atlanta Marriott Northwest at 200 Interstate North Parkway. General admission is $50. Admission for members is $20 online and $35 at the door.
