A woman accused of posting a fraudulent listing for a rental house on Craigslist was in the Fulton County jail Friday, police said.

According to a report from WSB, the woman, Kenya Nicholson, posted a fake listing for a home in Jonesboro. A Clayton County police spokesman said, however, that Nicholson was arrested in Fulton County.

No charges have been filed against Nicholson in Clayton County at this time, the spokesman said.

According to WSB, Nicholson was posing as a real estate professional and had posted an ad on Craigslist that a four-bedroom, split-level home in Jonesboro was for rent. When a potential renter -- who told WSB she had paid $900 for rent and a move-in deposit -- met Nicholson Thursday morning to move into the home, five other people were at the house as well.

The five others also had paid a deposit and had keys and a lease in hand, WSB said.

The fradulent listing was not on Craigslist Friday morning.
