Motorcyclist killed in crash on I-75 in Clayton County

A motorcyclist was killed Wednesday morning in a wreck on I-75 in Clayton County.
The crash happened before 7 a.m. on I-75 southbound south of Jonesboro Road.
According to the state Department of Transportation, the motorcyclist was pinned under another vehicle.
The identity of the person killed was not immediately available.
All southbound lanes of the interstate remained closed at 7:30 a.m. as authorities conducted the fatality investigation.
Traffic was also jammed in the other direction as northbound motorists slowed to look at the crash scene.
