The Alpharetta company Neenah Paper has purchased several brands of premium business paper from the Southworth Company.

The brands, which include Southworth, are sold to customers like Staples, Office Depot, Office Max and Wal-Mart. Their annual sales are about $20 million.

The purchase will let Neenah expand its in-store presence, the company said in a statement. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
