Police seek missing Atlanta woman

Police are asking the public's help to find a missing mentally disabled woman.
Dominique Tiara Noble, 21, was last seen Monday between 7 and 9 a.m. near her home in the 600 block of Waynes Court in Atlanta.
Police say the woman has the mental capacity of a 10 year old.
Noble was last seen wearing a red jacket with a green hooded sweatshirt underneath, blue jeans, and red and white sneakers. She is a black woman with light to medium complexion who has a short ponytail and is wearing a red or orange cap.
The Atlanta Police Department asks that anyone with information about her whereabouts call 9-1-1.
