Police search for SunTrust bank robber

Atlanta police are looking for a suspect who robbed a SunTrust Bank inside a Publix store in northeast Atlanta.

The suspect was last seen along Ponce de Leon Avenue around 11:30 a.m. Thursday in the passenger seat of Cadillac Deville, according to Atlanta police spokesman Curtis Davenport.
The suspect is described as a black male, 27 to 32 years old, 6-foot-2 and between 275 and 300 pounds, police say.
Anyone with information about the suspect or on his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477.
