The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
District Attorney Paul Howard has secured the indictment of a Fulton County jail guard for murder, a sheriff deputy for aggravated assault, an Atlanta policeman for a domestic assault and a Sandy Springs rescue worker for stealing narcotics.

The jail guard, 31-year-old Keawanna Perdue-Henderson, is accused of shooting to death Isaac Jolley and pistol-whipping another man during an argument at the Hollywood Courts housing project just before Halloween in 2006.
Meanwhile, her colleague, Sheriff's Deputy Robert Mosley, is accused of threatening to shoot another man during a fit of road rage in the Campbellton Road area in May 2006. The 41-year-old Mosley was trying to terrorize Titus Burruss, according to the indictment handed down Tuesday by the grand jury in Fulton County Superior Court.
Another indictment contends that a Sandy Springs EMT stole morphine, diazepam (valium) and a syringe from a rescue truck in January 2008. The EMT, 26-year-old Colin Crandall, like the law officers, is also accused of violating an oath of office.
In another Sandy Springs case, Atlanta police officer Solomon Muhammad is accused of threatening to hit his now ex-wife, Teresa Wilson-Clark, with a television tray and of throwing her computer to the floor during a dispute, according to the indictment.
A Fulton County grand jury returned all four indictments Tuesday. The Fulton County sheriff's office spokesperson said that Perdue-Henderson resigned two weeks after the shooting in 2006, and said Thursday evening that Mosley is on "indefinite suspension." Crandall quit his job with Sandy Springs after his arrest two years ago, Fire Chief Jack McElfish said. Attempts to find out whether Muhammad was still employed by Atlanta police were unsuccessful.
