Memorial service for former Atlanta chief financial officer to be held Saturday

A memorial service for former City of Atlanta Chief Financial Officer Rick Anderson will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25 in the atrium of Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W. The public is invited. Mr. Anderson spent over 30 years in the city's finance department after beginning his career with the city in 1972 as an accounting assistant. During his tenure, he restructured the city's budget process and managed the issuance of $640 million in bonds for improvements to the Atlanta airport.
