Man dies after shooting

Atlanta police are investigating the death of a man found shot Thursday night along a road in southwest Atlanta.

The victim was discovered about 11 p.m. on a sidewalk on Kimberly Road off Cascade Road, according to investigators with the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office.
The man, whose name was being withheld until relatives could be notified, was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he later died.
Atlanta police spokesman Eric Schwartz said late Friday morning that police had made no arrests in the case.
