Police in Atlanta and East Point are looking for an armed bandit suspected of at least seven recent holdups, including the robberies of four coffee shops.

The month-long crime spree began with the Sept. 27 armed robbery of a Starbucks on Moreland Avenue, according to WSB-TV.

The most recent holdups occurred on Tuesday, when a Starbucks and Jason's Deli in East Point were hit.

In between, the same man is suspected in a second robbery at the Moreland Avenue Starbucks, along with holdups at the Urban Grind coffee shop on Marietta Street, a Fellini's Pizza on Ponce de Leon Avenue, and the Little Five Points Pharmacy.

Police said the robber enters the shops and acts as if he wants to make a purchase. When the cash drawer is opened, he produces a small handgun and takes the money. So far, no one has been injured in the robberies, police said.
