Commerce Club selling 5 decades of antiques
Sale takes place this weekend as organization plans to move

After five decades near Five Points downtown, the Commerce Club is moving to the One Ninety One Peachtree Tower, and many of its furnishings will go on public sale on Oct. 23-24.

18th and 19th century English and American antiques, Atlanta memorabilia, paintings and prints, holloware and flatware, Chinese and English ceramics and more will be available for purchase, with proceeds benefitting the community. Many of the items have a provenance of long-time Atlanta and Georgia families, including the Woodruffs and Alstons.
The sale is at 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday, 34 Broad St. N.W. (at Marietta Street). Questions: e-mail hillside95@bellsouth.net.
