Art Franklin, a spokesman for the leader of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church sent out an email stating that Long will address members at both the 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. services.
Long has been silent since allegations arose earlier this week that he coerced at least three young male members of his Longfellows Academy into having sex with him.
On Thursday, he canceled a planned appearance on the Tom Joyner Morning Show and a noon press conference.
DeKalb police and the DeKalb sheriff's office said extra security would not be provided Sunday.
