Atlanta signs first concessions contract for new international terminal at Hartsfield-Jackson airport
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Atlanta officials on Wednesday executed the first airport concessions contract for the new international terminal at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
Duty Free Americas Peachtree LLC is now set to sell luxury retail products -- including beauty and grooming products, cosmetics, fragrances, tobacco and liquor -- in two locations on Concourse F. Stores include Mont Blanc, Emporio Armani, Tag Heuer and Thomas Pink. The terminal is scheduled to open this spring.
Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed signed the contract hours after Fulton County Superior Court Chief Judge Cynthia Wright denied a motion by another proponent seeking a temporary restraining order to prevent the city from executing the contract.
