The seven victims that arrived Wednesday all have very serious injuries, according to Greg Kendall with Atlanta's VA Medical Center. The victims range in age from 10 to 60 years old, Kendall said.

The VA hospital is coordinating the victims' transport from Haiti to Atlanta-area hospitals, Kendall said. A triage unit has been set up near the runway, Kendall said.

"We have a team here to treat them if necessary," Kendall said.

Haitian victims are expected to continue arriving through Friday. Tuesday night, five victims arrived at Dobbins, including an 18-month-old suffering from a severe head injury.
