Review: Besides having the wooziest title of the year, the movie "Stir of Echoes" also has the worst timing. It might have seemed intriguing had it landed in theaters before "The Blair Witch Project" and "The Sixth Sense" gave us new twists on the spooky movie genre. But after a compelling first half, the main echoes that this ghost yarn stirs up are of other movies.
