Compensation packages for the corporate execs are growing while those for employees are shrinking. But that is not happening everywhere.

The men who created Google are very focused on making sure the employees get rewarded whenever possible. The owners are worth about $7 billion, but, when it was time to hand out bonuses, they made sure that they received the same amount as everyone else — $1,566.

Companies that romance their workers are more successful. It's been proven, so make sure you're treating your employees right.
