The men who created Google are very focused on making sure the employees get rewarded whenever possible. The owners are worth about $7 billion, but, when it was time to hand out bonuses, they made sure that they received the same amount as everyone else $1,566.
Companies that romance their workers are more successful. It's been proven, so make sure you're treating your employees right.
