This from the Scotsman newspaper:
It may be a tradition, but Scottish men’s habit of “going commando” in a kilt is increasingly disgusting firms hiring Highland dress.
Several companies are now requesting that customers keep their pants on when they hire a kilt to protect staff and future customers from unhygienic tartan.

Private company, their kilts, their requirements. Compliance with these rules is about RESPECT FOR OTHERS PROPERTY. That doesn’t mean much anywhere else in our society, certainly not when it comes to government, but this is the only way the free market workd.
Dont like it, buy your own kilt.
This is not even wothy of a discussion.
