The end of an NYT marriage made in purgatory

It doesn’t look like the marriage between neo-con Bill Kristol and the New York Times is working out.

Here’s Kristol’s lead paragraph for today’s op-ed column:

All good things must come to an end. Jan. 20, 2009, marked the end of a conservative era.

Here’s the non-Kristol note at the end:

This is William Kristol’s last column.

No word on whether the couple will engage in counseling, or whether another Grey Lady of journalism has acquired his affections.

I believe the correct term would be “neo-conservative era.” Amazing how some people freely throw the term “conservative” around as if it actually applies to them.

Kristol is leaving a sinking ship, good for him. The NYSlimes is nothing but an arm of the DNC just like the Urinal-Consitpation. With the news about Princess Caroline and “Pinch” Sulzberger (HLIC Head liberal in charge of the NYSLIMES) and their affiar about to break this week, Kirstol’s timing is perfect. I even read that the Slimes is trying to sell off part of its new building in NYC. The NYSLImes is going down faster than an intern on a Democrat President. Peace.

My, but those grapes are mighty sour! I guess the New York Times could take a chance on dodgy journalists, but even they couldn’t stomach a disgraced liar like Kristol.

Mister Winston seems especially bitter today, Whatcha clinging to, Winston—failure? (snicker)

“…even they couldn’t stomach a disgraced liar like Kristol.”

The NYSLIMES does not tolerate dissent. They are just like all other “diversity” minded liberals in the media. Oh, I hear that the NYSLIMES is rated Junk Status? Is this true? Is it also true that they are laying-off employees just like the Journal-Constitution.? When will the yellow liberal rags in this coutnry ask for a bailout?
