Wow. Those libs and their quest for universal peace and love are truly inspiring. I love how they only advocate violence on those with whom they disagree. Now, how are they different than Ann? The funny thing is, this isn’t exaggerated much. When she talks, she says nothing. She uses hyperbole ALL the time. If you asked her to stay on topic for more than two sentences, her head would explode. She’s exactly what’s wrong with politics in that she bickers, and tears down the other side. She doesn’t offer solutions, doesn’t work toward a common goal. In any company on earth she’d be fired because she does nothing but incoherently criticize the ideas of others and does no work. Ann Coulter’s greatest talent is taking liberals to the point of exploding. She commands the facts and is in command of her own emotions. She brings harsh facts to the liberals. They cannot deal with facts intellectually or emotionally, which is their major downfall. Liberals cannot deal with harsh reality, let alone the messenger. In their adolescent effort to make a point, they fling poo like monkeys in a zoo.

I remember when SNL was funny and stimulated discourse. Unfortunate for NBC.

I thought..the beginning was kind of funny, just because she sorta talks like that.

And Osama Bin Single Mothers. That…made no sense, but I laughed.

The rest…was just horrible. I can usually laugh at stuff about conservatives (gotta be able to laugh at yourself, right? haha), but that was idiotic. :|

Just goes to show that tolerance is a one way street for the libs/socialists… “Show US tolerance, and tolerate it when we libel and slander Republicans”. I too miss the days when SNL was funny. Now, it’s “comedy” only professional liars like OlberGoebbels could love. Where was the spiteful skit skewering Caroline “Ya Know” Kennedy? Anywhere? Tell me, because I quit watching that garbage.

If Obama truly takes his oath seriously, I wish him the best. If “The One” pursues pushing this country into a nanny-state with punishment for those who achieve. I will cheer as he falls!

I notice all of the post that are anti Coulter never once posted a fact to confirm their rants. This is the result of liberalism. Never be critical and excuse all abhorrent behavior. When confronted by statistics that are unfavorable to a particular group, go after the person bringing the fact to light. Never, under any circumstance, address the issue.

Here’s something to think about. Sometimes in the back and forth between the right and the left, it’s easy to lose your perspective and know when you have gone off the deep end hearling insults just for the sake of it.

Here’s a clue: If you find yourself defending Ann Coulter, if you consider her books be legitimate political commentary, if you find her insightful, then you are way off the deep end.

Dan played his cards just like a good liberal, turned himself into a victim, had his feelings hurt, which made it impossible to discuss Ann’s comment. Therefore Little Dan (in his mind) won the debate, which never occurred, because after all “he was offended”. This tactic is common with Ann’s detractors.

If you do not understand that calling people names is sophmoric, I cannot help you.

Sir Winston, you say Ann Coulter doesn’t believe in violence? Perhaps you missed these quotes of hers.

“My only regret with Timothy McVeigh is he did not go to the New York Times Building.”

“We need to execute people like (John Walker Lindh) in order to physically intimidate liberals.”

“We need somebody to put rat poisoning in Justice Stevens’ creme brulee.”

“If I’m going to say anything about John Edwards in the future, I’ll just wish he had been killed in a terrorist assassination plot.”

Yeah, she’s a nice, peace loving woman. Let’s face it. She’s completely insane. I happen to think the SNL parody of her was boring, as Coulter herself has become so delusional, she’s now a parody of herself.

BTW, know how she got her start in journalism? George Magazine. You know, that defunct magazine run by John Kennedy Jr.

To Will, most of us saw her on Donnie Deutsch’s show saying Jews need to be perfected. But she wasn’t talking about Hitler’s eugenics. She means a massive conversion to Christianity. I guess she feels everyone is as full of hate as she and therefore needs to spend their time on their knees praying to Jesus for forgiveness. But you go off on a tangent that makes me feel you’re as insane as she.

I actually find Coulter to be an interesting case study. She’s a professional pot stirrer and she knows it. She revels in being hated. However, her 15 minutes will be over soon. Did anyone see her on inauguration night on any shows to talk about how Obama is heralding in the end times or anything of the sort? Nope. She’s taken her act so far, she’s becoming a liability. Papers in heavily conservative areas have been dropping her column, as conservative readers complained so much and don’t wish to be painted with the same brush as she.

If you feel anything she says is the truth, you’re in the far right fringe. Take her for what she is. Satire that has turned into a parody of herself.

The closed mindedness of some folks never ceases to amaze me. Declare yourself superior and marginalize those who disagree. Never offer facts to support your conclusions. Take peoples’s comments out of context and fail to develope a concept. This is how ignorance is propagated.

In an effort to expand this conversation, Coulter’s main trust in her articles and books is to bring to discussion harsh and difficult issues.

As long as Muslims and Christians exist there will be conflict. Just a fact. How would you deal with it? The 90’s soft diplomacy led to 9/11. The Bush years of hard diplomacy led to an impasse of violence. Neither appear to successful in dealing with this issue. Google “The Longest War Carlin” to get a down and dirty on this.

Single motherhood, the current Coulter lightening rod is another harsh reality. How would you deal with it. Glorify it? Reward it? Claim your feelings are hurt and blame the messenger?

Liberals, short on answers, long on narcissistic sensitivity.

Conservatives, unrealistic expectation that people will choose the difficult solution.

Reality, recognizes neither self serving diatribe,just remains harsh.

first of all, i don’t understand what was so controversial about this- what ann coulter actually says is much more offensive to, well, humanity. secondly, i just don’t get the portrayal. i mean, i agree that ann coulter is a worthless piece of human excrement and all, but i just don’t understand why they had a women play him. the only good thing about ann is that he’s a outright (if unconvincing) drag queen, right?
