Things are getting tense out there, people.
The chairman of the Pike County Democratic party says she found a cooked, severed mouse head in a take-out meal after a confrontation with the husband of the restaurant owner — who allegedly accused her of registering “gutter scum” for the coming Nov. 4 election.
“Without saying it, he was referring to black people in no uncertain words,” she said.
Melissa Wade, who owns a local four-wheeler dealership, has filed a complaint with local law enforcement authorities, and has gone to the local health department. Zebulon police released a one paragraph summation of the incident this afternoon.
Police said Melissa and Jimmy Wade “found an unsavory and unsanitary meal” in their to-go order. By telephone, police confirmed that the unsavory addition was a mouse head.
Steve Goforth, the manager at Ruth’s Restaurant in Zebulon, was adamant that his establishment had done no wrong and violated no health codes.
“She’s a Democrat and there were some Republicans in here who jeered her,” he said to my AJC colleague John Hollis. “And she got angry.” Goforth hinted at legal action against Wade. “This is our livelihood,” Goforth said.
Zebulon is a town of 1,300 about an hour south of Atlanta. Pike County as a whole is Republican, and went 77 percent for George W. Bush in 2004. But the Democratic push to sign up new voters, fueled by presidential candidate Barack Obama, has filtered even down to Pike County.
Wade, a white, 38-year-old Air Force veteran, has been signing up voters at the local grocery store, the convenience store, the local high school. A deputized registar, Wade said she did drop off a single absentee ballot form at the local jail, but told the inmate not to apply if he had a felony conviction.
The Pike County Democratic party had in the past used Ruth’s as the location for its monthly, Thursday night meeting. There was no meeting last week, but Wade dropped in anyway, to redirect any stray Democrats, and to order some take out for her ailing Republican husband, who owns a local tractor dealership.
Oscar Purvis had always been cordial before, Wade said. “He had let me know in the beginning he was a Republican,” she said. “And I can respect that. Everyone in this country has the right to have their views.”
But this Thursday was different. Wade thinks that Republican John McCain’s declining fortunes in the presidential campaign have resulted in frustration among the GOP rank-and-file.
Wade said she was preparing to pay for the meal she intended to take home to her ailing husband when Purvis confronted her.
“They do not deserve the right to vote, they shouldn’t be allowed to vote,” Wade recalled an angry Purvis saying. Wade said she responded that it was a free country and that everyone had a right to vote. There was no jeering from patrons, Wade said. Purvis was the only one who spoke to her.
Wade thought the matter was over until her husband opened his meal later that evening and made the gruesome discovery atop his green beans.
The Pike County Health Department was closed on Monday for Columbus Day. Neither Oscar nor store owner Ruth Purvis could be reached for comment on Monday morning.
Wade concedes that the severed head could have come from a can. But she also said that life can be hard for a Democrat in rural Georgia. She said her children go to a local private Christian school, and often endure teasing about the family’s politics — but nothing like this.
“They’re upset, too. My husband’s upset. Local Republicans are upset. They know it’s wrong,” Wade said. The Pike County Democratic party has no plans to return to the restaurant.

B S meter is pegged out on this one. Ms Wade plays the perfect victim. Everybody in her family is under some sort of persecution for her being a Democrat. Please…. her kids are teased at school. Not knowing the age of the kids, but anything below High School and I don’t think politics matter. Even in high school teenagers have better things to do then pick on your politics. Why was it important to mention that her husband was a Republican so that it makes it appear that the eventual victim of this particular act was one of their own so to speak. Like I said. Wow, McCain supporters are getting more hateful by the day.
I have an Obama bumper sticker and get verbally assulted everyday. I even received scratches on my vehicle last week, which I’m sure the bumper sticker was the primary reason.
I’m waiting to hear about actual physical assults on Obama supporters.
Also, politics are discussed in school very much so, because hate usually spills over from the parents. My daughter is an 8th grader and her teachers have had to keep telling the republican supporters in the class that Senator Obama is not an Arab or Muslim. The overall response has been that Obama is an Arab/Muslim, because my mom/dad said so….
I also recall the same conversation with a 5th grader, due to a tee-shirt that was worn by a student in class.

Luckily, the truth will come out when the Health department does it’s examination. That’s how they were able to disprove that crazy lady’s story from several years back about finding the finger in the Wendy’s chili. Since I really don’t know any of the parties or businesses invloved, I’ll reserve judgement until then

I’m alittle confused by the whole matter that Ms. Wade is talking about. The only way that the mouse head could have been meant for Ms. Wade was that it be put in there in the last minute, and from what I understand from the talk in Griffin is that the head was cooked. No way it was intentional. I also understand that Ms. Wade has in the past had her rallies at Ruth’s Restaurant, so if there was a problem with her, wouldn’t they have just ask her to leave. And if you are worried that someone has a problem with you would you really buy and eat their food? I did happen to meet Ms Wade on time at her establishment in Griffin which happens to be Adrenalin Powersports of Griffin and to here her talk and describe her life prior to her marriage to Jimmy Wade I understand her being a Democrat. In that coversation she mentioned her children were young, so I find it hard to believe that they are teased due to political issues. I also noticed that they go to a local Christian school and if teasing was an issue, would that not be addressed. My next question is why does she and Mr. Wade feel their children shouldn’t be in public schools, could that be a racial issue due to the fact of the high percentage of african americans in the Spalding school system. I never thought that my kids were to good to go to public schools here in Griffin. I wonder how she and Mr. Wade would feel if all the Republican’s in the Griffin area boycotted their businesses of Adrenalin Powersports and Wade Tractor and Equipment for her radical views and her trying to make an issue of a mistake by the restaurant as a political issue. I for one will take my business elsewhere.

This is Jimmy Wade, I’m a well known respected businessman within the community. That being said putting all the drama and politics aside, this gentleman at Ruth’s did in deed approach my wife very inappropriately and told her “You have no business registering Gutter Scum (or Trash not sure which). When I came home from the doctor, for a simple upper respiratory infection with a bad cough I have had for a couple weeks I discussed the event with her and then I went in the kitchen to eat the plate of Chicken & Dumplings, Green Beans etc. After eating a roll from the container and getting a fork to start eating the green beans, I saw what I thought was seasoning meat in the green beans and truly didn’t think much else of it. Without getting into all the gross details after looking at it closer found it to be a mouse head and immediately started spitting out the food in my mount into the trash. After getting over the shock, I began to get angry and called the police. They have pictures and record of this along with the local health department that we took it to the next morning. Although we have no way of knowing if it was intentional or otherwise, due to the way she was treated that evening, it would be difficult to convince me that it was not intentional. Either way prior to this evening we have never had any problems from this establishment, but we felt strongly that intentional or not someone needed to investigate so that this would not happen to anyone else.

Larry: Just a couple of mistakes in your anger. We never held rallies at Ruth’s Restaurant. We do not live in Spalding County and therefore do not go to Griffin Schools. You cannot be a member of a county party let alone the Chair unless you live in that county. Pike schools are 80% white. We are Christians and wished to send our “not young” children to a Christian school. No one else spoke to me at the restaurant, just Mr. Pervous. Mr. Goforth was not even there, I’m not sure if i have met him before. And I guess I was completely shocked at the anger with which he had for me for registering “gutter trash”, that coupled with the “mistake” of cooking and serving a mouse head to me, sitting directly on top of the food. I also presume that this has not hurt his business, not in this town.
To think I would let my husband eat that crap is beyond me. All of this hatred is beyond me Larry, call me naive. The mouse still sits in my frig, and I plan on sending it to the state for analysis since the health dept has not acted since last Thursday. Larry. If I’ve lost your business because I was served a mouse head in my meal, well then, so be it.

People who are thinking about vandalizing cars ought to know that mini-surveillance cameras are very cheap these days and that most office complexes and shopping centers have sophisticated camera systems.
If someone vandalizes my car because they don’t like my bumper sticker, someone’s gonna have a very rude surprise. I will enjoy every minute of prosecuting them.

Hold on a minute. How did race get interjected into the discussion? The only person I see mentioning it is Ms Wade. So once again the liberal Democrat cries race, and then tries to turn it on the Republicans. There are no pictures with this story so I have no idea of how race should be a factor. If you want to be a victim, which all Dems seem to relish in, you can find something to make yourself a victim. And when the Dems aren’t acting like a victim they are trying to make the rest of us victims. For now we have the statements of the supposed victims of this incident testifying that a mouse head was indeed in the food. How it got there is a matter of conjecture. let the investigation proceed and let’s see if the story stands up. The politically charged comments of Ms Wade however lead me to believe that all is not what it seems. I don’t remember any one else who has had an incident with food from a restaurant immediately claiming it was politically motivated.

I wouldn’t expect the typical Obama supporter to have a problem with ACORN in Ohio signing up half-brain dead drunks and druggies to vote for Obama. Heck, they want them to be able to vote for Obama at least a dozen times each. I don’t expect the typical democrat to haver an issue with black churches politicing from the tax free pulpits. Heck, bring on Rev. Wright to preach the sermons of getting out the vote against the white god** America. Then again, I don’t have lofty goals for anyone dumb enough to vote for Obama in the first place. I see the cars with the Obama stickers on them and yes…this is direction I want the country to go in. I could have thought of many funny titles for this article. I could have, but that would make me as sorry as the people that have rallied in this negative publicity. Ruth’s Restaurant is not a little restaurant on Highway 19-41 South of Zebulon. Ruth’s is a landmark in Pike County. Perhaps you would remember it better if I called it Harry’s. It was The Varsity of Pike County. It was the meeting place of The Pike County Pirates when they won. It was the meeting place of The Pike County Pirates when they lost. I am over one half a century old but still too young to tell you when Harry’s first opened for business. I can tell you this, I attended Pike County High from 1965 through 1969. The eighth through the twelfth grades. Harry and Ruth’s Restaurant was there when I began high school and there when I graduated. And I stand fast in the faith that it will be there when this ridiculous story is old news. My brother Jon Goldman was an excellent basketball player. You can bet he spent some time at Harry and Ruth’s restaurant. I just cannot talk enough about the good times that were had by all at Harry and Ruth’s. It was one of those places that did not require full sentences because it was just that popular. “Save me a seat, go ahead and order for me, meet me after the game. People did not have to say Harry’s, it was implied. Parking place. Forget it. We walked from the gymnasium to Harry’s. You would not find an available parking place anyway. Oh yeah, just like Madonna, Elvis and Cher, Harry’s just like Ruth’s today, does not need a last name.
If Melissa and Jimmy Wade think an alleged rat head in canned green beans will hurt Ruth’s business, I have this to say, “You ain’t from around here, are you?”
Now let me cover the part about Oscar Purvis. The paper states that Wade alleges that Oscar spouted his disgust about the Democratic party. We call that freedom of speech in Pike County.
Now let’s all go to Ruth’s and eat. Do it for Ruth, do it for the Ghosts of Pirates past, do it because small businesses still need to exist in this canned world. Come on down, you can’t miss it. Borack H. Obama voted PRASENT 130 times as a state senator from Illinois. It is a state record. But is it leadership? Is it change, the kind people want? I have written a few letters to the editor in my life. Quite a few. I have had weekly columns in three papers for ten years. I have one book that was published. I say all that to say this: If this letter gets published I fully expect negative feedback. I can handle it. I wish to express my opinion about voting in this upcoming election. It is wonderful to see Americans registering to vote in such high numbers. Is there a down side to this upward trend. Maybe. Maybe not. It just concerns me that people may be voting for the wrong reasons. If you are voting for John McCain because he was a prisoner of war, that is a wrong reason. If you are voting for Barack Obama because he is black, that is a wrong reason. These two had no control over these circumstances. McCain did not choose to be a prisoner of war. Obama did not choose to be black. Vote for them based on their records that you can confirm or deny. Do we need change in this country? ABSOLUTELY! I am personally so sick of even hearing the names Bush and Clinton. I am proud that they both have daughters. Hopefully, marriage will at least change the names. I know they did not have control of the gender of their children. Sometimes blessings just fall in our lap. I must ask myself in all fairness why I will vote for McCain or Obama. Because Judge Judy is not on the ticket.

Did you see the last presidentail debate? Did you hear of Joe the plumber? Well Joe represents the average American , who wants to buy the company he works for. Under Obama plan, he can,t do it. Because he will be consider rich. If he remains as he is, less than $40,000 a year, he will not be tax.And he will never have enough money to buy the company. Now let’s look at McCain’s plan. Every one get’s tax depending on income. There is no rich or poor here. The sky is the limit. In other words, be as rich or as poor as you want to be. You are limited only by your ability. Obama follows the Socialist line of wealth distribution in order to more easily control you. While McCain follows the capitalist line of being financialy independent and free from someone breating down your neck. This are the choices.

Can you explain your comment Luis? I cannot understand if you favor Obama or not? when the Aztecs rose up in rebellion against Cortés, outnumbered, the Spanish were forced to flee. In the fighting, a Spanish soldier carrying smallpox died. After the battle, the Aztecs contracted the virus from the invaders’ bodies. When Cortes returned to the capital, smallpox had devastated the Aztec population. It killed most of the Aztec army, the emperor, and 25% of the overall population. Cortés then easily defeated the Aztecs and entered Tenochtitlán, where he found that smallpox had killed more Aztecs than had the cannons.

One day at the American border a man was about to enter the United States on a bicycle. On the back of the bicycle lay a bag. The Border Patrol tore the bag to pieces, confident they would find illegal drugs. They were surprised to find that the bag only contained sand. They waved him on through. More people began crossing on their bicycles with the little bags on the back of their bicycles. Their trips became more and more frequent. The Border Patrol continued to tear open the bags, only to find more sand. The trips and bicycles finally became so frequent and redundant that they waved them on through with their bags of sand. Years went by. The Senior Border Patrol retired. He spotted one of the men walking down the road and stopped to converse with him. He said, “Hello, many years have passed and I can do nothing now, just tell me, what was you smuggling over the border?” “Bicycles,” the man replied.
There you have it ladies and gentlemen. We buried our heads in the sand…….now we have 37,434,659 illegal bicycles right here in America.

Hellow Shella Tolley. I am glad you have read my comments. On the question of who conquered the Aztecs. History has it that Hernan Cortez did . It makes no difference if it was by canons or smallpox. Seems like the Indian tribes who allied with Cortez would also catch smallpox. They fought on the side of Cortez against the Aztecs, who were their enemies. How do you explain that? As far as the border being secured, I think it should be secured. I don’t think an illegal allian should take my job regardless if he or she is from Latin America or other parts of this big wide world? They come from everywhere. You know that. As far as being Republican or Democrat, I am neither. I vote for the person, not a party. I consider the issues and the character of the person at the controls,Not money or promises. I look at their records, their experience, and their character. Get real. I go by what they do and have done, not by what they say they are going to do. Dear Friends,
A few months ago I was asked for my perspective on Obama, I sent out an
email with a few points. With the election just around the corner I
decided to complete my perspective. Those of you on my e-list have seen
some of this before but it’s worth repeating..
First I must say whoever wins the election will have my prayer support.
Obama needs to be commended for his accomplishments but I need to explain why I will not be voting for him.
Many of my friends process their identity through their blackness.
I process my identity through Christ. Being a Christian (a Christ
follower) means He leads I follow. I can’t dictate the terms He does
because He is the leader.
I can’t vote black because I am black, I have to vote Christian because
that’s who I am. Christian first, black second. Neither should anyone
from the other ethnic groups vote because of ethnicity. 200 years from
now I won’t be asked if I was black or white. I will be asked if I knew
Jesus and accepted Him as Lord and Savior.
In an election there are many issues to consider but when a society gets abortion, same-sex marriage, embryonic stem-cell research, human cloning
to name a few, wrong economic concerns will soon not matter.
We need to follow Martin Luther King’s words, don’t judge someone by the
color of their skin but by the content of their character. I don’t know
Obama so all I can go off is his voti ng record.
His voting record earned him the title of the most liberal senator in the US Senate in 2007.

To beat Ted Kennedy and Hilary Clinton as the most liberal senator, takes some doing. Obama accomplished this feat in 2 short years. I wonder what
would happen to Americaif he had four years to work with.
There is a reason planned parenthood gives him a 100 % rating.
There is a reason the homosexual community supports him.
There is a reason Ahmadinejad, Chavez, Castro, Hamas etc. love him.
There is a reason he said he would nominate liberal judges to the Supreme Court.
There is a reason he voted against the infanticide bill.
There is a reason he voted No on the constitutional ban of same-sex
marriage.
There is a reason he voted No on banning partial birth abortion.
There is a reason he voted No on confirming Justices Roberts and
Alito.These two judges are conservatives and they have since overturned
partial birth abortion. The same practice Obama wanted to continue.
Lets take a look at the practice he wanted to continue.
The 5 Step Partial Birth Abortion procedure
A. Gui ded by ultrasound, the abortionist grabs the baby’s leg with
forceps. (Remember this is a live baby)
B. The baby’s leg is pulled out into the birth canal.
C. The abortionist delivers the baby’s entire body, except for the head.
D. The abortionist jams scissors into the baby’s skull. The scissors are
then opened to enlarge the hole.
E. The scissors are removed and a suction catheter is inserted. The
child’s brains are sucked out, causing the skull to collapse. The dea d
baby is then removed.
God help him.
There is a reason Obama opposed the parental notification law.
Think about this: you can’t give a kid an aspirin without parental
notification but that same kid can have an abortion without parental
notification. This is insane.
There is a reason he went to Jeremiah Wright’s church for 20 years.
Obama tel l s us he has good judgment but he sat under Jeremiah Wright
teaching for 20 years. Now he is condemning Wright’s sermons. I wonder
why now?
Obama said Jeremiah Wright led him to the Lord and discipled him. A
disciple is one in training. Jesus told us in Matthew 28:19 - 20 ‘Go and
make disciples of all nations.’ This means reproduce yourself. Teach
people to think like you, walk like you, talk like you believe what you
believe etc. The question I have is what did Jeremiah Wright teach him?
Would you support a White President who went to a church which has tenets that said they have a
1. Commitment to the White Community
2. Commitment to the White Family
3. Adherence to the White Work Ethic
4. Pledge to make the fruits of all developing and acquired skills
available to the White Community .
5. Pledge to Allocate Regularly, a Portion of Personal Resources for
Strengthening and Supporting White Institutions
6. Pledge allegiance to all Wh ite leadership who espouse and embrace the White Value System
7. Personal commitment to embracement of the White Value System.
Would you support a President who went to a church like that?
Just change the word from white to black and you have the tenets of
Obama’s former church. If President Bush was a member of a church like
this, he would be called a racist. Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton would
have been marching outside.
This kind of church is a racist church. Obama did not wake up after 20
years and just discovered he went to a racist church. The church can’t be about race. Jesus did not come for any particular race. He came for the
whole world.
A church can’t have a value system based on race. The churches value
system has to be based on biblical mandate. It does not matter if its a
white church or a black church it’s still wrong. Anyone from either race
that attends a church like this would never get my vote.
Obama’s former Pastor Jeremiah Wright is a disciple of liberal theologian James Cone, author of the 1970 book A Black Theology of Liberation. Cone
once wrote: ‘Black theology refuses to accept a God who is
not identified totally with the goals of the black community. If God is
not for us and against white people, then he is a murderer, and we had
better kill him.
Cone is the man Obama’s mentor looks up to. Does Obama believe this?
So what does all this mean for the nation?
In the past when the Lord brought someone with the beliefs of Obama to
lead a nation it meant one thing - judgment.
Read 1 Samuel 8 when Isra el a sked for a king.
First God says in 1 Samuel 1:9 ‘Now listen to them; but warn them
solemnly and let them know what the king who will reign over them will
do.’
Then God says
1 Samuel 1:18 ’ When that day comes, you will cry out for relief from the king you have chosen, and the LORD will not answer you in that day.’ 19
But the people refused to listen to Samuel. ‘No!’ they said. ‘We want a
king over us. 20 Then we will be like all the other nations, with a king to lead us and to go out before us and fight our battles.’ 21 When Samuel heard all that the people said, he repeated it before the LOR D. 22 The
LORD answered, ‘Listen to them and give them a king.’
Here is what we know for sure.
God is not schizophrenic
He would not tell one person to vote for Obama and one to vote for
McCain. As the scripture says, a city divided against itself cannot
stand, so obviously many people are not hearing from God.
Maybe I am the one not hearing but I know God does not change and Obama
contradicts many things I read in scripture so I doubt it.
For all my friends who are voting for Obama can you really look God in the face and say; Father based on your word, I am voting for Obama even though I know he will continue the genocidal practice of partial birth abortion.
He might have to nominate three or four supreme court justices, and I am
sure he will be nominating liberal judges who will be making laws that are against you. I also know he will continue to push for homosexual rights,
even though you destroyed Sodomand Gomorrahfor this. I know I can look the other way because of the economy.
I could not see Jesus agreeing with many of Obama’s positions. Finally I
have two questions for all my liberal friends.
Since we know someone’s value system has to be placed on the nation,
1. Whose value system should be placed on the nation.
2. Who should determine that this is the right value system for the
nation?

My Jamaican friend, Huntley went to take the test for American Citizenship but Barack met him at the door, gave him a voting card and told him to forget the test. He even gave him a dress turban to wear on voting day.

Jack Wheeler is a brilliant man who was the author of Reagan’s strategy to break the back of the Soviet Union with the star wars race and expose their inner weakness. For years he wrote a weekly intelligence update that was extremely interesting and well structured and informative. The O-man, Barack Hussein Obama, is an eloquently tailored empty suit. No resume, no accomplishments, no experience, no original ideas, no understanding of how the economy works, no understanding of how the world works, nothing but abstract, empty rhetoric devoid of real substance.
He has no real identity. He is half-white, which he rejects. The rest of him is mostly Arab, which he hides but is disclosed by his non-African Arabic surname and his Arabic first and middle names as a way to triply proclaim his Arabic parentage to people in Kenya. Only a small part of him is African Black from his Luo grandmother, which he pretends he is exclusively. What he isn’t, not one genetic drop of, is ‘African-American,’ the descendant of enslaved Africans brought to America chained in slave ships. He hasn’t a single ancestor who was a slave. Instead, his Arab ancestors were slave owners. Slave-trading was the main Arab business in East Africa for centuries until the British ended it.
Let that sink in: Obama is not the descendant of slaves, he is the descendant of slave owners. Thus he makes the perfect Liberal Messiah.
It’s something very hard to understand - how some complete neophyte came out of the blue and is about to steal the election. Obamamania is beyond politics and reason. It is a true religious cult, whose adherents reject Christianity yet still believe in sin, transferring it from the evil of being human to the evil of being white. Thus Obama has become the white liberals’ Christ, offering absolution from the Sin of Being White. There is no reason or logic behind it, no faults or flaws of his can diminish it, no arguments John McCain can make will be effective against it. The absurdity of Hypocrisy Clothed In Human Flesh being their Savior is all the more cause for liberals to worship him: Credo quia absurdum; I believe it because it is absurd.
Thank heavens that the voting majority of Americans remain Christian and are in no desperate need of a phony savior. His candidacy is ridiculous and should not be taken seriously by any thinking American.
I hope to God enough people wake up before election day.

McCain has been tested by Castro, Russia, China, Hugo Chaves, N. Korea, etc. Even George W. Bush tested him like he tested John Kerry and Al Gore. Has Obama ever been tested? He is good with words as a good speaker with little or nothing to show me or anyone else. Our country needs more than a good speaker. Don’t go by what they say. Go by what they do and have done. Talk is cheap. McCain is old and in good health. Death does not discriminates. Even new born babies die. With Obama as PRESIDENT, they die quicker with his belief on abrotion and killings.Even Palin has more experience than Obama. Hillery R. Clinton sure did. Has he ever paid Hillery her Campaign debt, if she supported him? Or is this another Obama broken promise like the one he broke of only spending as much as McCain on the campaign? McCain kept his promise. Why did Obama break his promise? Obama is spending 4to10 more than McCain in TV,Mailings, Yard Signs, etc. Why? Is it no longer the character, the issues, the experience that people vote on, not the money?

Obama said in Pennsylvania, “John McCain has ridden shotgun as George Bush has driven our economy towards a clif, and now he wants to take the wheel and step on the gas.” Maybe that’s what Obama wants to do because he is thinking about it. McCain and Bush are different men, inspite of Obama trying to make them one and the same. True McCain is going to be at the Controls, not Bush. Is Obama Jimmy Carter? Will Obama let Iran take American hostages and intrest rates shoot up? McCain keeps his promises in spending money like he did in his campaign. Obama broke his promise of not spending more that McCain. Why? Has he paid Hillery R. Clinton her campaign debt if she supported him? Or is this another broken promise of Obama?

To Michael: For Illinois to be an Islamic state, it must become such a state by the sword. God gives all free will. God wants to be love willing, not by the sword. Luis Contreras THANKS for having my back while I was a way for a while. You are a very honest Christian person and I love that in you. You have turned some very negative coversations into some positive one’s. Thanks again for setting the uneducated back to there on little place in that there little hole in their heads.
To Michael, why in world would a person want to live in a country that does not believe in your beliefs? Why not stay in our own country that believes in your beliefs? To me that would mean you have no faith in your own country so, why should you have right to come here and vote in our country. This country was founded on Christian beliefs and I’m sure your’s was to for that matter. How can you come here and tell me what I believe in or how I feel. Obama has not done “ANYTHING” to change my mind. Until I see differnet then I may feel different. He should have put something forth that he had done to make this country a better place and should have the back ground before running in the presidental grounds. People like to see what you can do. Not listen to what you want to do. I really don’t believe Obama will do anything he said he is going to do. But time will only tell. I would like for Obama to prove me wrong. I will respect him b/c he is my President but that does not change how I feel.
On the other hand for all those who think Obama is African American….I have bad news for you……He is half WHITE so, how can he nor anyone else for that matter, call himself African American. He may be Afro-concasion American. Plus, how can he call himself African American when he never live in Africa? He only has family over there and was raised by White Grandparents b/c his father was to darn sorry to stay around and take of his responsabilitys. Looks like to be Obama should be thankful for the WHITE AMERICANS who took there freedom of age to raise the man for who and what he is.
