Ouch.

This was just issued by the state labor department:

The state’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate rose to 6.3 percent in August, the highest in 15 years. The jobless rate was up 1.9 percentage points from 4.4 percent at this same time last year. During the same period, the number of payroll jobs decreased 37,700 or nine-tenths of one percentage point.

The last time Georgia’s unemployment rate reached this level was in March of 1993, and there has not been an over-the-year decline in jobs this great since June of 2003.

Ughhhhhh! This is so frustrating. The solution to fixing the economy is so simple. Amend the constitution to give George W. Bush a 3rd term. He is the only one who can lead us out of this mess.

It is over for tired John McCain.

Over the next 7 weeks we are going to have more bad market days, Washington Mutual, Unemployment Reports, GDP…and on and on and on.

He is one good Obama ad buy (“..the economy is not my strong suit….I am not expert on the economy…the fundamentals of the economy are strong….”) away from 100 electoral votes.

The Obama folks are smart…they will wait until about 3 weeks out and just drop these bombs all over him

Georgia’s middle class unemployment rate stands at 6.3%, the highest in 19 years, and this group would rather endure even more pain from McCain, pretend, and long for yesterday than face their own reality.

RJ, well yes, just as long as: (a) we can keep this whole gay marriage scourge under control, (b) prevent the teaching of science in science class, and (c)ensure not a dime of our tax money goes toward a little poor kid’s visit to the doctor.

Yes!!!! Let elect Obama so he can force 5 and 6 years-old to have comprehensive sex education. What are we waiting for? This country needs to over sexualize its children and Obama has a plan to do it.

Mary St. James, bearing false witness is a sin. No one is advocating comprehensive sex education for five year old children, only the basic understanding of what kind of touching is “not okay” from a grown-up, and how it “is okay” to say “no.” Please state your problem with that so we can understand your logic, Sister.

Both candidates are nothing but buffoons, and in the pocket of big corporate traitors who insource slave labor from 3rd world countries while we pay their health, school and welfare costs, and outsource any good jobs we had.

Hank Johnson is on the committee and he is about to approve a bill to allow 500,000 more H1B visas to take away the few jobs from Americans and give them to Indians.

If he votes for this bill, make sure he is a one term representative. Enough betrayal already. NAFTA/CAFTA, free trade, outsourcing, illegal employment and corrupt politicians have destroyed our country and we can no longer afford to be generous. Spain has high unemployment and they just closed all further jobs to any foreigners. That is the kind of government we need, one that supports the taxpayers and not the lobbyists.

Obama supports sex ed for little pre-school aged kids. Read the bill he supported. It is right in there. Guess what? Everybody knows it.

From the NYT: …….Obama “favored a sensible bill supported by many mainline organizations … to provide an ‘age and developmentally appropriate’ sex education curriculum for older students,” the editorial says. “At most, kindergartners were to be taught about sexual predators, and parents of children of all ages would have been allowed to withdraw their children from the Classes,” according to the Times.

But I understand you wouldn’t want education to disrupt your plans to screw your little nieces and nephews in their nether regions after (or during) church. Yes, for TRASH who hide their sins behind the veil of ignorance, THE LESS SAID, THE BETTER, EH?

Sicko pervert snake handling kid rapers.

It’s so fun to watch the Obamania crumble before our very eyes. Where are the fainters now? He has to rely on old hags like Barbara Walters, who by the way gained fame with her interview with George Washington, and the face made for raido Whoopi Goldberg (ewwwwwwwww…that’s some nasty woman there)to attck McCain and kiss Obama’s butt on The (wrong) View. Look at Obama without a script and tell me this man will win a debate? Palin will eat Biden alive, if Biden is still on the ticket come debate time. Rumors are abound that the democrats may toss old hairplug Joe to the curb and get the Hildabeast afterall. She is pathetically desperate for any position, other than missionary with Bill; she’ll take the leftover nod. This will only reinforce the fact that the only change Obama stands for is changing his mind each time the wind blows in a different direction. McCain for the sane in 2008.
