Obama beat being in the bed with the Bushes. These HIGH GAS PRICES and we control all the oil in IRAQ come on PEOPLE wake up. WE get most of our from CANADA anyway. 12 BIllion a month on a war that was to pay for it self with oil profits. BUSH and his cronies are the only ones getting paid.
Oh not to mention selling the people out to CHINA. YES Communist CHINA get real. And we are suppose to be scared of CUBA. WAKE UP. The bigger question is are you all making these remarks about Obama because he is black and a majority believe in him or because you all truely feel that Obama is bi-racial liar, who secretly is a rich muslim politician who will be a worse president than Bush. He grew up in a single parent family and then passed on to his grand mother, went to college on student loans, was first in his class coming out of college, and set his path methodically to beome a successful politician. Besides being half black this guy is whiter than most of you who are making these racist remarks. The primaries are over, this is a new game and the stakes are higher. He’s rasing money like every other presidential candidate in the history of this country, so why is he elitest by doing this, wow. To all of you who say tht your over judging people by there race please re-evaluate your selves. As an African American I feel that Obama can relate to the majority alot better than his competitor.

Many people think that the south is made up of bigoted rednecks. Many of the remarks on this site just goes to prove what others think. Would your view of Obama be different if people stopped introducing him as a black man with a white mother and started introducing him as a white man with a black father. But even beyond his race the question is “Would I be so prejudiced as to hate a man that could put an extra dollar in my pocket and make like better for me and my children?”

I have held on as a southern Democrat as long as I can. But no more! The Democrats have nominated the least qualified candidate in my lifetime. I am absolutely scared to death that this man could possibly be president.

So, this Democrat will gladly vote for John McCain. At least we’ll have an adult in the White House with some experience.

And yes I am a small business man and I know what Obama’s tax plan will do to our weakened economy—kill it.

You do realize that Abraham Lincoln was the first candidate to be elected as a REPUBLICAN republican, don’t you? Up until that point, Republicans were referred to as Democratic Republicans, the Party of Thomas Jefferson. But Democrats still insist that TJ was a democrat, eventhough the Democratic Republican party was for small federal government.
