Oxendine: Pass the Fair Tax via an amendment to the U.S. Constitution

Columbus, Ga. — State Insurance Commissioner John Oxendine, the only announced candidate in the 2010 race for governor, drew one of the biggest rounds of applause at the state GOP convention this morning when he promised to start a movement to convert the U.S. taxation system to a national consumption tax via a constitutional amendment.

If elected governor, Oxendine he’d gather the nation’s governors to Georgia to start the process. “I’m calling upon the states to join together in a constitutional convention to adopt the Fair Tax,” he said. “If congress won’t do it, the people in the states will do it.”

Oxendine also had some harsh words for the three men who now run the state Capitol, though he didn’t mention any names.

“The problem with Georgia is, the taxpayers have paid the price for certain people playing politics as opposed to offering real leadership,” Oxendine said. “At the end of the session, Georgians have no tax cut, are still stuck in traffic, still have no economic development projects, and still trail Alabama in school test scores.”

Oxendine’s support of the “Fair Tax,” an effort of agents,”intermediaries,” of fascist plutocracy to enhance their patrons’ wealth and license while implementing a system of economic control and “discipline” over the poor and lower “Middle Class,” tags him as an Enemy of the People of Georgia. He must be denied any further role in our governance…along with any others supporting the same gross and regressive infringement on Our Sovereignty.

Conspiracy much?

The “Fair Tax” is a Tory subterfuge against the Yeoman Artisanry that is the People. America is a Whig Utopia under siege by Rome’s Fifth Column to restore us to their ranks of slaves.

The People must rise and extirpate the Tories from Our Land, once more.

Oxendine is a fat unctuous stupid tub of goo that would sell his grandmother for a Snickers bar. What a worthless POS.

Trash.

He stands a good chance in Georgia, where instead of taking out the trash, the morons of Georgia vote it to high office.

WOW!!! Will, have you read the FairTax?

Have you? If you make under quarter million a year and are for it, you obviously do not really understand it. It will do nothing but place a higher tax burden on regular people. Don’t be a rube (again).

Nice political ploy to come out in favor of the Fair Tax.

How will he achieve it. I thought republicans were about personal responsibility, not centralized control of tax dollars.

Now now gttim…there is no need to resort to name calling.

Yes I have read the legislation, books, economists reports etc. And yes I am 100% in favor of the FairTax. For the record I make NOWHERE NEAR $250k (though I’m sure that was a figure you pulled out of thin air and therefor meaningless)

Those like Oxendine know the evil they and their “bedfellows” serve, and it is only the People of Georgia by Annuit Coeptis and the Grace of G-d that we shall remove him and his fellow traitors from office, and restore America’s Constitution and Georgia’s virtue.

Read Our Founder and Prophet Thomas Jefferson. It is no coincidence that Larry Craig, Mark Foley and Bush’s homosexual prostitute James Guckert/Jeff Gannon have been revealed. None of the Anti-Christ’s secrets is hidden: all is revealed.

The Fed and IRS were unconstitutional when enacted: to allay the legitimate concerns of the People watching the Robber Barons of that day steal all their money.

Our fiat currency now is debased as the false-elite - the children and grandchildren of the Robber Barons - drains the Treasury with their operatives now in control of government.

They now need to establish a database, accountancy, and cashflow to prevent the “Under Class” from reversing the criminal, treasonous spiraling concentration of wealth into the coffers of those profiting as Rome’s Fifth Column…for whom Individual Sovereignty has always been a threat.

Vets, patriots, and Working People: the Yeoman Artisanry who built, owns, and must again run America - know those who are for the “Fair Tax” are Tory traitors who support the likes of the Closet-Queen-in-Chief, who committed 9-11, whose father killed John Kennedy to keep us in Vietnam and killed Dr. King because he publicly explained why they wanted to keep us in Vietnam (“Why are we friends with the landed gentry of Latin America?”)…and must be tagged and removed from our discourse for recovering the shattered Republic we now have.

“Stan”(“Who”) is FOR the “Fair Tax,” looking for a promotion in the ranks of Fascist Plutocracy’s shills…like Gingrich (Pierre DuPont) and Minnesotan Linder (who stopped talking Gay Richmondese in his forties or fifties). Only frauds, thieves, perverts and traitors support the perverts, liars, murderers, hypocrites, and closet-queens fronting for fascist plutocracy’s traitors.

That means you…”Stan.”

Guess we need to raise some money, give it to Saxby’s son & get us a Big earmark to solve this problem..Anyone know the cost of a $3,000,000,000 earmark, guess we need to ask the sugar people..

**Wake up people! The Fair Tax will NEVER HAPPEN. EVER. So it’s a non-issue, and we can stop talking about it now.

Anyone who actually thinks the Fair Tax will ever be implemented in this country is in a serious need of a reality check.**

Yea, lets go to a Fair Tax where we only pay taxes on things we consume. Like a 40% sales tax on gas, food, clothing, housing, cars, etc. Won’t that make everyone so happy. Especially anyone making less than 75k per year. They’ll be able to buy only substandard housing, second rate food, and forget about a car and gas. They’ll just have to walk, but that’s ok because they’re all obese anyways. So we’ll have a caste society where the haves will have it pretty good while the rest of us will be eating solyent green and sleeping in doorways and on stairs. Of course, big business and the special interests will claim it’s too burdensome so they’ll get an exemption. Yea, the Fair Tax is really “fair.” Particularly if you’re one of Bush’s constituents; the “haves” and the “have mores.”

When you vote Rethuglicon, you vote against your own best interests. And the so-called ‘Fair Tax’ is living proof.

Anybody who tells you we can do it all for 23% either doesn’t understand basic math or is a nut. Not only does it not work with the 23% figures they are pushing, it is impossible to pass into law…it won’t happen. Period.

Mr. Oxendine doesn’t appear to know that the State Governors all oppose a national sales tax such as the Fairtax. Google the “National Governors Association” and read their policy paper on taxes. Calling for a Constitutional convention for the stated purpose is ignorant in the extreme!

Newt, Huckabee, tycoon T. Boone Pickens, Nobel economist Vernon Smith, Alan Greenspan, and Libertarian Bob Barr support the FairTax. Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Rice U., and Boston Univ. have conducted studies in favor of a consumption tax with prebate (fairtax)for all economic classes. Nuff said.

It never fails. People against the FairTax are so blinded by wealth envy they won’t take the time to get educated about FairTax. They are for the most part totally ignorant of the facts, or just argue for arguments sake. There simply is not rational for many of their comments.

The assertion that fascist plutocracy rules America now is incontrovertible. Spiraling concentration of wealth, fiat money inflation, crony/bribery/campaign “contributors” as “beneficiaries” of purchased government policy.

Though the 1913 Internal Revenue Act, as “collection agency” for its twin Federal Reserve Act creating a de facto unconstitutional money, was a PR sop for the “masses,” to show the Robber Barons paying a pittance to the treasury, the IRS now takes what little the fascist false-elite profiteers of Rome’s Fifth Column now pay in.

The Fair Tax, patently regressive, will “solve” this “problem” and implement accounting and security control of the mass of poor and lower Middle Class Americans, pushing further those patriot sovereign individuals disinclined to submit to “caesar” and Mammon-worship into a sub-culture of self-sufficiency, “off the grid.”

“Tax consumption, not income” is great for those whose income is derived from high crimes and treason, not so great for the Yeoman Artisanry living by G-d’s grace, whose income all goes for sustenance alone…particulary when the fascist plutocracy is now having trillions of new dollars printed to pay for their false war and the debt bondage their unconstitutional money system has foisted upon the People.

Promotion of the “Fair Tax” marks one as a pervert shill of that which Our Founder called “Pseudo-Aristocracy.” We, the People, know who the criminal are. Obama/Webb ‘08 is just a start in the right direction to the gallows for Bush, Cheney and the Roman Anti-Christ.

Will Jones is smokin’, and not in a good way. And “gttim” must be sharing his stash. The FairTax has been vetted and proven over and over again to be the best solution to our current regressive tax system. The ONLY reason it has already be adopted is because we’re effectively already in a dictatorship in all by name and the controlling interest want to keep on doing what they do best: controlling. A constitutional convention to rewrite the constitution from scratch (as the Founding Fathers would be flabbergasted we haven’t done so already since that is what they intended from the beginning) is the ONLY solution. Rise up and overthrow the status quo!!!

To Will Jones regarding any of your comments -

Would you be so kind as to communicate in a normal manner so the rest of us can try to understand just what you are trying to get across?

Try using one dollar words; not ten thousand dollar ones.

By all means rant; but rant where we can understand you.

Right now you sound like the poster child for the communist manifisto or something.

By the way - I am a Christian and being called a “pervert” just because I support the FairTax hits below the belt. Are you a Christian?

Have you even cracked the cover of either of the FairTax books? Have you read the bill? Do you think untaxing the poor in America is regressive? Do you even have a clue as to what the FairTax would do to help the American people; and its economy? I think not.

Anyone else think I’m close to the bullseye here?

In this Free Speech “public common” of The New Secular Order, one’s charge is to be the best American one can be, rather than qualify as a member of one sectarian affiliation or another…all rejected by the Founders, and proven over time to form faction, and, as 9-11 demonstrates, committed by an administration cheated into office through “Christian” ruse and only the votes of the Roman Catholics on the Supreme Court, treason.

The existing tax system is slightly “progressive,” as the Founders intended - the more one material profits from, is Annuit Coeptis blessed in a pecuniary fashion by, life as an American, the proportionately more one should happily and gratefully contribute to the common wealth.

The Fair Tax is “regressive,” to serve the plutocrats who’ve clearly gained increasing control of government.

All need to purchase the essentials of life: food, shelter, etc. This “new” system promoted by known shills for the false aristocracy, now responsible for and tolerating the patent treason obvious to all, permits those with more discretionary income to forgo contributing monies to the upkeep of our country beyond the consumption tax for goods purchased.

Can one eat more than three meals a day?

The Fair Tax establishes a “dole” for those with less, or no, discretionary income, who at present need not file or even receive a “tax credit,” and rewards the already rich with no tax beyond that upon which they pay on purchases for consumption.

It is manifestly regressive, serving the false-elite now eating out Our Nation’s substance.

Bush supporters support the Fair Tax, and deny he and Cheney committed 9-11.

Those who recognize Bush and Cheney committed 9-11, eighty percent, recognize the Fair Tax as a fraud being perpetrated by the same treasonous faction that yet supports Bush/McCain: fascist plutocracy and those wannabe “Reagan Democrats” who think they have a chance, or want, to catch a ride on fascism’s gravytrain.

The Mottoes are America’s shibboleths, no other, and those who disobey them must be identified and removed from consideration for they have no credibility as Americans.

Those who disobey them and who demonstrate ignorance of their meaning - which defines America - are the same draft-dodging closet-queens, perverts and hypocrites who claim one spiritual “orientation” or another, but are nothing but tools of the Anti-Christ.

See, this is why the UnfairTax crowd gets likened to cultists. Their constant refrain of “You’ll be a True Believer once you read the Holy Book!” is arrogant and annoying.

Guess what, folks; I DID read the stinkin’ book. And yes, I understood it. And guess what? I’m still opposed to the UnfairTax.

To the cultists, that’s flat-out impossible. NOBODY could possibly disagree with this scam once they’ve invited the FairTax into their hearts! Yeah, right. Check with some competent economists, who dismissed this scam early on as an unworkable smokescreen of populist slogans and idiotic assumptions.

It’s a Bad. Idea, people. And to the inevitable follow-up, “Oh, so you’re in love with/making money off our current system, huh?”… no. But you don’t fix the problems with your car by switching over to a broken Big Wheel.

Check this out: No metaphors or anything:

The FairTax doesn’t harm anyone. It’s the only way other than NO tax that there is toward getting our country out of this political hole. No more shielding for politicians.

Guys, really… Stop bashing a great thing when you don’t know what it is. I’ve done the math, now you try it.

About Oxendine, I don’t know about him. I can’t defend him at all. But the FairTax I can.
