Today’s Washington Post has this:
A powerful federal arts commission is urging that the sculpture of Martin Luther King Jr. proposed for a memorial on the Tidal Basin be reworked because it is too “confrontational” and reminiscent of political art in totalitarian states.
The U.S. Commission of Fine Arts thinks “the colossal scale and Social Realist style of the proposed statue recalls a genre of political sculpture that has recently been pulled down in other countries,” commission secretary Thomas Luebke said in a letter in April.
By law, no project like the memorial can go forward without approval from the commission, the federal agency that advises the government on public design and aesthetics in the capital.

The sculpture makes Dr. King look like a strong forceful man (who, thank G-d, has just had his line extended, finally, through Marty) completely possessed of the Individual Sovereignty unique to the radical Whig experiment that is America and through his martyrdom (his killers not yet brought to justice make him and JFK the two prophesied “unburied martyrs”) now extended to the complete spectrum embodied in E Pluribus Unum…fulfilling an aspect of the ancient dream for humanity, and more particularly us, that is America’s destiny.
The pansy Bush-appointees want him to look a Beta Male like the Closet-queen-in-Chief and all his cohort who committed 9-11 to send us to false war, and whose fathers killed Dr. King.

Don’t waste your time on Will Jones. The man is a lunatic. I used to try to reason with him, but when I found out that he was a Cynthia McKinney supporter, 911 conspiracy theorist, an Obama acolyte, and a defender of the Wrong Reverend Wright, I gave up. In short, he’s nuts. Enjoy Will for what he is and have a couple of laughs. Peace.

I will not go into the Ru Paul supporter burning is BMW 7 series, while illegally burning trash in his front yard. Yes, I watched him do it. Yes I laughed and took pictures. This Ru Paul neighbor of mine is an idiot. I wanted to document his stupidity. Most everyone thinks it is funny. Libs and others, mainly fellow Ru Paul idiots, do not. O.K.
That does not change the fact that Will Jones, jock strap or no, is an idiot. Republicans should track him down and ask him to star in an Obama commercial. Anyway, why are you taking Will seriously? Perhaps you, HiJacking Wackolibhack, are as crazy as Will.
If you are concerned about riots, how about you guys excercise some self control, and behave like adults at your convention?
P.s. Mrs. Churchill, she’s a decorator, would be offend by the assumption that we have mini-blinds. She calls them plantation shutters.
