Oh, those jokers in the House
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Sonny Perdue was out of the country less than half a day before a certain lawmaker hung out a new shingle for the governor. Someone didn’t ask Neighborhood Watch to mind things while he was out of town.

I’ll be back. No, wait. That line’s already taken. I had a special camera installed and I know who you are. By the way, this Chinese fish is good. I don’t know what all the complaints about antibiotics and such were all about.
I’m trying to figure out what these people do with all their human waste because we need a good solution in some of our North Georgia counties. I have never seen so many people before. Hard working people. They all are so happy, never complaining, so content. We need to teach our subjects to behave like these people. Maybe I can find out how they do it. I wonder what’s in that drink. It tastes so good. We should import that stuff.

I’m not a tax accountant but I have a question: It is my understanding that my Federal Tax Liability is reduced dollar for dollar for income taxes I pay to the State of Georgia or any other municipality.(Thank God Atlanta doesn’t have a City income tax). However my Car Tag “tax” qualifies as an itemized deduction. As a result, it reduces my federal “taxable” income. My overall “tax bill” is only reduced by my applicable tax rate and not on a dollar for dollar basis. Essentially, it would seems that, under the reduction of State Income Tax plan, the amount that I wouldn’t have to pay to the State Government would be taxable by the Federal Government. Can someone clarify this for me?
