Huckabee swaps churches, and the first hint of a Romney visit
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee has shifted the locale of his Georgia church-going on Sunday.
Instead of Roswell Street Baptist Church in Marietta, as earlier reported, Huckabee will be attending the 9:30 and 11 a.m. services at First Baptist Church of Woodstock.
Why the change? Maybe the reason can be found somewhere in the congregation. Gov. Sonny Perdue is a member of the Woodstock church.
After that, Huckabee heads to Macon for a 3 p.m. rally there.
By the way, Mitt Romney will be in Georgia on Monday, his supporters here announced. But they had no details.

By CNN almost excluding two of the candidates in last night’s debate, everyone got a good look at how Socialism works. How is that working out for everyone?

I don’t understand why Huckabee is still in this. I know they are just polls but he seems to have worse chances then Ron Paul at this point. A vote for Huckabee is a vote for McCain in my opinion.

Roy, You are completely wrong. We have over 40 states left to vote. Mike is the only true conservative in the race and hopefully people will realize that he is our best bet for the presidential nomination. As a professional I cannot support Romney or McCain. They have both avoided their records and have been completely dishonest to the american people. I surely vote that the citizens due their dilligent homework instead of paying attention to what FOX “News” *(Fox Opinion). Huckabee supporters do not like either of those candidates.

Ya, you are right David. I have spent 13 years in the Military and have been a Marine for life. Now I am wondering where is the America I was fighting for.
Huckabee has been polling 2nd Nation-wide with the 2nd amount of delegates. But yet the biased media says he is out of the race? And why is he still running?
Our last hope is to bypass the media and post links everywhere we can. Here is a link to the GOP debate where even according to the top CNN political analyst, Huckee won.
Watch this and you will see who the next President should be.

Huckabee really needs to get out. He’s just playing a game of Survivor as John McCain’s toady. McCain wants him in to keep Romney from getting the evangelical/conservative vote. Its an evil alliance formed by the silver-haired devil himself (McCain).

Roy,
Your opinion and 50 cents will almost get you a soda. I’m voting for Huckabee and will stay with Huckabee. If he doesn’t get the nomination, I’ll decide then what to do; but my vote for Huckabee is anything but a vote for Romney or McCain…it’s a vote for Huckabee.

Indeed, a vote for Huckabee is a vote for McCain.
If you vote for McCain (or Huckabee), you should write a check to the Federal Government in the amount equal to the “Bush Tax cuts” you’ve enjoyed the last 6 years, write a check equal to $0.50/gal for the gas you’ve bought during the last 4 years and get used to thinking of Jimmy Carter in a good light. If John McCain is elected, he’ll set a new low. And that’s hard to do.
Based on McCain’s rhetoric, he’s qualified to be Secretary of Defense ONLY. As a Senator, he’s 1 of 535 members of Congress. He is one vote.

A vote for Huckabee is exactly that.
Mike Huckabee is the most conservative candidate. Mike Huckabee is the most consistent candidate. Mike Huckabee is the most trustworthy candidate. Mike Huckabee is the most gifted orator and the leader that will move this country forward and upward.
While other candidates sat comfortably, Mike Huckabee took the time to help Nancy Reagan down the stairs. That one act of selfless kindness says more about Mike Huckabee and what he stands for than all the insulting posts on this board.

If a vote for Huckabee is a vote for McCain, so be it. McCain is my second choice, and if by voting Huckabee, I am voting for both my first and my second choice, well, that’s alright by me. McCain, if you win, please ask Huckabee to be your running mate!

It’s time for Romney to drop out of this race and endorse the most consistent conservative remaining… Huckabee.
Romney is being propped up in the media, but a serious analysis of the electoral votes shows he has NO chance of winning the nomination at this point. He won’t play strong enough in the South, and McCain pretty much has much of the West coast wrapped up.
If Romney would get behind Huckabee, who is more consistently conservative than he, we could have a chance to stop McCain AND get a conservative we could be proud of, who truly represents the PEOPLE instead of the entrenched powers, into the White House.

I too am voting for Huckabee… and that IS a vote for Huckabee. If that takes a vote from Romney, then good. Romney has changed so many positions through the years, that who knows where he’ll stand over the next 4. Take another look at Huckabee- I didn’t even know who he was a few months ago, and now I’ve never been more impressed or motivated to support a political candidate. Best regards-

I think Huckabee should back Romney. Religion is their major difference but if they are truly Christians, they should team up and they’ll be winners. Take away the ego and the holier than thou attitude and they can beat the arrogant and short temper McCold.

A vote for who you really REALLY agree with is a vote for your heart and mind.
I’m so sick of hearing about “a vote for this guy is a vote for that guy”!
Good luck voting for one guy so you don’t vote for the other guy! How did that work out for you the last 7 years? Vote FOR someone for a change! BTW- I’m using The Constitution and my candidates ACTUAL voting record as my barometer. What’s your’s?

Look, rob, that’s exactly how Hitler got elected Fuhrer by the German Peoples: people like you who got sick of hearing about a vote for Hitler was a vote for Mussolini, or a vote for FDR was really a vote for Emperor Hirohito.
SO thanx alot for getting Osama bin Laden elected as our president which is now so likely to happen that I dont see what can torpedo his campaign thanx to you and your ilk.

PSL: the thing about Clinton is that he would be a god if Monica hadn’t ruined him. Clinton adressed that on the radio yesterday. He said it was a paradox, because “if Monica had stayed quiet, I’d have gotten out of that mess, yet, on the other hand, if she had a bigger mouth, I wouldn’t have stained her dress….” (sic).
Inconceivable. Thanx again for ruining our country rob. Go join al queda if you’re so sick of hearing about how a vote for Ron Paul is a vote for David Duke, as a person or a thing or whatever it is. But you said it and it was wrong, and now there’s all this.

I think you should reread my post. “BTW- I’m using The Constitution and my candidates ACTUAL voting record as my barometer. What’s your’s?”
So, I’m not going to call you names.
I like to believe that if everyone used the words of our Founding Fathers next to the candidate’s record, no one would be having the discussions they are having above, because neither of these guys, or Hill, or Obama, would even be a consideration! You should really read the entire thread before you go flying off the handle… You negate all the hard work so many canvassers are doing on the ground in Cherokee County on behalf of RP. Don’t believe that’s happening- go to the Cherokee meetup!

Hitler made it to office in Germany because the Roman Catholic Church withdrew their proscription against Roman Catholics’ voting for the Nazi Party. Fact.
The same Roman Catholic Church and their Fifth Column put Hitler’s banker’s draft-dodging closet-queen grandson in office after only the Roman Catholics on the Supreme Court voted to stop the recount in Florida in the unconstitutional “Bush v. Gore.”
America’s Founder called Rome the real Anti-Christ. You who vote for the closet-queen draft-dodgers who let the pedophile priests molest your children, who welcome the flood of illegals so Rome can take over America at the ballot box will have much to account for at Judgment. You serve the Big Lie while surreptitiously holding hands with other secret pervert draft-dodging Mammon-worshippers. You’re whistling past the graveyard. Short of vote fraud those tarred with Bush, including Hillary, are going down, down, down…thank G-d.
Even if Obama doesn’t cordon off the false-elite robber barons and expropriate the Roman Catholic Church (like he should), just having a man of color in the White House (shielded from Bushes’ and the Roman Catholic CIA’s bullets) will demonstrate the Spirit of E Pluribus Unum, the fulfillment of ancient prophecy that “all nations will flow into One New Nation ruled by Truth and Justice” is yet America’s Covenant.
That’s good enough.

Actually a vote for Huckabee is a vote for God.
This is not the time to replace Prophident Bush with an ordinary President. How can an ordinary President get us through the mess we are in? The Islamo-Fascistical-Terrorists will wipe us out if God is not on our side.
We must not let John “I hate Jesus” McCain to get close to the office.
There is only one candidate with the credentials needed to take this country away from the devil.
Please, do not abandon God. Elect Huckabee as our next Prophident.
Do it for the children.

so PKP- If Huck looses, does God loose?
I’m getting more spiritual than I ever have in the political circuit, but since this story marries the topics, I feel it appropriate>
I don’t think God has any concern at all for whose next. If these are the end times, he’s preparing to wipe out all our earthly nations and establish His Kingdom. Every world leader will be on the wrong side, and will be Gloriously and Soundly defeated.
Please don’t confuse our little REALLY insignificant political campaigns with His Kingdom.

G-d doesn’t want your vote in The New Secular Order - Novus Ordo Seclorem.
The “King of America reigns in Heaven above,” just as Thomas Paine told all true Americans - Annuit Coeptis.
We Americans must make Elect those who with Probity and Grace are led toward Righteousness and Truth. All who have supported or yet support the Anti-Christ’s 9-11-committing traitors and the false war they sent others to fight and die for are not an option.
That leaves only Barack Obama.
May G-d bless America once more.
May G-d bless Barack Obama and the American People.
May G-d d..n those who have betrayed the People and the Constitution…who just “happen” to be led by a cabal of draft-dodging closet-queens working for and directly related to the same scum who killed Lincoln, financed Hitler and the Holocaust, killed Kennedy and King to put us in Vietnam and committed 9-11.

Hackaphony is a pro-life lib. I will never vote for former gov. from Arkansas. We have been down that road before. Huckaphony is now running for McClame’s Veep. He is staying in the race to split the “conservative” vote for McClame. That way McClame has a better chance of beating Romney. McClame and Huckaphony are attempting to quite the conservative base.

Mitt wants to fix the economy, restore jobs, reduce the trade imbalance, increase our competitiveness, lower taxes, and balance the budget.
The liberal media and religious right keeps trying to sidetrack him on social issues.
As Reagan put it a long time ago, a Strong America is the best defense against other countries.
Look at Michigan. They overwhelming voted for Mitt Romney. If we keep going down our path, we will all be in the same shape as Michigan.

I am a member of First Baptist Woodstock and have been for many years and am very upset with this choice. I think it is very deceptive to say it is a chance to preach and not be political. LIES!!!
I think it is deceitful and deliberately sueding people’s votes. Mike is NOT the most conservative. Ron Paul is by far. His view of states rights may be negative for Christians/Evangelical because they may not want to put forth the effort in their community to actually stand up for their belief system. “Just let everyone else do it for them”. My philosophy is begin in your own Jerusalem then work out…Oh my, I think I just quoted Pastor Johynny too.

I think the idea that Huck should drop out is rediculous. Romney can’t win in the South He can’t win in the Northeast (where they know him), he can’t win on the West coast. Lets face it the only people who support him are the ones who share his religion, have been bought by his advertising(either political ads or the media he owns) and the people who are accepting him as the only alternative to mccain. At least the people who are supporting huckabee are doing so out of conviction and a belief that he best represents there values. He is the only one who is actually willing to lay out plans for what he is going to try and accomplish. I for one will not sell out no matter what the paid romney supports try to spin and sell !!

Mitt is fighting for our families. He is fighting to save the dignity of a true conservative Republican party. His Leadership transcends from self sacrifice. He is already a successful person on his field of business. What will he get from getting the position of President?…. A big problem from what Bush is going to leave behind. He just want to give everyone the chance for a better life. I can not see that coming from Huckabee nor McCain. Those of you who judge Romney because he is a Mormon, I say to you “you’re pathethic” and you dont have a place among the Republican conservative. You better stick your prejudices with Bill, Hillary and Obama. Your with the same skin minding each others color, gender and religion.

Those of my relatives who are still Roman Catholic have much yet to learn of America’s Promise. We came here to escape the prisons of the mind by which “monkish religion” has enslaved humanity for thousands upon thousands of years.
It is no coincidence that Rome promotes illegal immigration while forbidding birth control.
It is no coincidence that only the Roman Catholics on the Supreme Court violated legal precedent and meddled with a disputed Federal election to stop the recount in Florida to put into our White House the dry-drunk, homosexual closet-queen, draft-dodging grandson of Hitler’s banker.
And it is no coincidence that Mitt Romney, another hypocritical, lying Vietnam draft-dodger walks and talks like a fruit, made his millions sending capital off-shore to avoid paying U.S. taxes and selling off and closing down factories and payrolls in our country.
Google Romney’s company “Bain-Capital Chinese” It is part of the Bush family’s privatization of international trade circumventing the customs payments that used to finance the entire Federal Budget, but now lining the Bush family’s pockets… Breaking our eighty percent middle class sending factories and jobs to China, to which we are now in debt bondage.
Romney is a festering boil behind his obsequiousness…a smarmy lying draft-dodger - just like Bush. Theirs is the false spirit - ravening wolves feeding on American Blood…seen in false war and in the destruction of our treasure and economy.
He clearly, like Bush, has no moral code. In Bush we find a not-secret-anymore homosexual who committed 9-11. But wasn’t “Jesus” his “favorite political philosopher”?
Look up Bain Capital. Romney made his money as a Mammon-worshipping draft-dodger, none of whose five sons have yet to serve, selling America down the river.
With the lies and sleaze, false patriotism and fraud he already shows (one of his sockpuppets anonymously tried to claim Romney was not a draft-dodger on this blog and was proven a liar and a fraud) he must be rebuked for the smiling scum that he is.
America deserves better. Hillary and Bill are done. We’ve had enough of their scandal and dysfunction and lies…and Waco and NAFTA and illegal immigration and personal immorality.
It is un-American to be racist: E Pluribus Unum necessarily, definitionaly supports the spiritual mandate for thinking persons to “see” the Divine, potentially, in the face of another whose national origin, tribe, clan, or blood is superficially unlike our own, regardless. All nations shall flow into the Land of Promise. Our Founders made Covenant that America be That Nation. It is our strength and the fulfillment of ancient prophecy.
Let’s make elect Barack Obama and trust once more in the Origin of that grace so clearly within him, perceivable by all.
Closing factories to send jobs to China to be done by slave labor is not American. Americans find a better way, to lead, to innovate, to retool, to teach, to prosper. Romney is a ravening wolf who with egregious dishonesty says in a recent debate that he ~”regrets deeply that [he] missed the opportunity to serve in the military.” He is a lying, unpatriotic, immoral coward who dodged the draft to avoid military service during Vietnam.
Vietnam was a treasonous crime by the Rockefeller/Roman Catholic/Nixon/Bush/CIA Fifth Column which killed JFK and MLK to send 58,000 of us to die shedding innocent blood for the Roman Catholic false-elite in Vietnam. It was no sin to dodge the draft.
But for a grown man, with sons, to lack the character and intelligence to admit the truth is reprehensible and prima facie proof that lies, immorality, hypocrisy, fraud, and deceit are part and parcel of that person’s make-up.
We’ve just been violated by one such pervert, why ask Romney for a repeat performance?
And if Mike Huckabee is such a “Man of God,” why hasn’t he been using the truth on Romney? Could it be he too is a hypocrite fraud, and serving the same Anti-Christ Ted Haggard and Bush are? Worldly evil is not monolithic. Hillary’s part of it. Romney’s part of it. Bush is sure closer to its center.
All we need is a believer in the Constitution, who can lead us by grace, and be an honest person. Huckabee wants to amend the Constitution to put “Jesus” in it:
“[Some of my opponents] do not want to change the Constitution, but I believe it’s a lot easier to change the constitution than it would be to change the word of the living God, and that’s what we need to do is to amend the Constitution so it’s in God’s standards rather than try to change God’s standards,” Huckabee said, referring to the need for a constitutional human life amendment and an amendment defining marriage as between a man and a woman. [MSNBC]
Our Motto is Novus Ordo Seclorem The New Secular Order. America was born of the Age of Reason. By Annuit Coeptis we know the Founders’ view, cosmologically: “Divine Providence blesses our endeavors,” there were plenty of abortions being performed during the Colonial period here. Some experts estimate one-third of pregnancies were terminated with herbal wisdom in a dangerous and frontier wilderness lacking the benefit of modern birth control.
If the Founders wanted to prohibit abortion, they would have. “Maybe” that’s why Roman Catholics, who have “mistresses” of either sex (like Bush and James Guckert), didn’t found America? Maybe that’s part of understanding that the Whigs did, and that “Whig” means “anti-Roman Catholic?”
Fair, decent men want to have fair, decent relations with fair, decent women. There’s a godliness aspect to it.
Why, in history, is it lying, murdering perverts like Adolph Hitler, George W. Bush and the holocausting Roman Catholic pedophile priest hierarchy that wants to deny women control of their bodies and reproduction, and liberal (which Holy Scripture instructs us to be) believers look to the herbs G-d put in the fields, which cause abortion, and how that knowledge has been passed down through the eons (particularly the Welsh healer-women whose national headdress Rome turned into the trademark defining what a “witch” wears, for purposes of propaganda and persecution of strong wise women who refused to bend over for the homosexual priesthood of Babylon that showed up with the invading Roman army), and see it as a protected right in the United States of America, when a woman finds herself behing the “Eight Ball” or raped or incested, believing in her own heart she must, unfortunately or fortunately, end a pregnancy in a medically safe manner.
Now this new right, improving on the despotism of a homosexual priesthood helping enslave women for thousands of years on behalf of rapists, rulers, and bigamists, is under attack by a guy who used to weigh some three or four hundred pounds, and likes to talk about how good he is with a gun?
Maybe Mike Huckabee has some “core issues” he’s not talking about, and he’s taking it out on women the same way lying perverts through history have done, like Hitler, Bush, and the homosexual priesthood?
Leave the women alone Mike. This is America not Bavaria.
Obama’s the one who can make America whole again and can help put us back on the Path of Righteousness.
