Or press ‘three’ for Rand Knight! I’m puzzled as to why political reporters don’t take their jobs more seriously. There are plenty of people calling the horse race. Why not inform your readers of the actual choices available to us? Why not discuss candidates’ ideas instead of how much money they’ve raised so far? Too textbook and boring?

If actually informing the public is such a drag, can you at least explain how the process of replacing news with “Info-tainment” has benefitted anyone in this country besides media conglomerates and talking-head sellouts? Just curious.

Vernon Jones is the only legitimate candidate in the race for US Senator of Georgia. His legacy of accomplishment, commitment and integrity in Dekalb County stands for itself. It is time for a change from Chambliss and Vernon is my man all of the way.

Vernon was exonerated in the court of law which proves the charges were totally baseless and partisan.

Folks voted for Bill Clinton’s re-election after he was accused of rape. What’s the difference here; could it be his complexion?

Andre, roll down the window on your short bus so you can hear better: If Vernon wants to be a Senator, he’s got to explain his personal porn moment to folk like the residents of Hahira, GA. These are not people who spend their Saturday nights with more than one other body next to them in the bed.

You may subscribe to the lifestyle practiced in parts of DeKalb where the drinks stop at 3:55. For you, it may be normal to drag home a couple of sexxxalicious ladies, and break out your Barry White CD’s.

Venture out into places where they don’t quote Johnny Cochran…you might experience a different reality.

GG, that’s fantasy-fueled speculation, not thoughtful consideration. Do we really want 6 more years of NOT being represented by Chambliss, that useless, sycophantic, munny puppet, slithering snake? If not, then let’s consider ALL the alternatives, not just the ones who are fun to bash!

Fantasy-fueled speculation? I wasn’t the one going on about him because he’s supposedly young and good-looking. And..WTF does that have to do with anything? I realize the African-American community has been afflicted with Obamaitis. Y’know, the disease where good looks and youth, plus being black are considered more desirable than what you’ve done or your capabilities. Whoop-de-freakin-doo. Not everyone else is drinking that kool-ade.

Vernon Jones has been involved in several incidents of a questionable nature. He’s got crappy personal judgment, a huge ego, can’t work with other people, and is at best a mediocre administrator.

Please, let’s work on getting the Democratic party to develop and encourage electable leaders, not the parade of idiots like Mark Taylor. I wish they had someone to run against Chambliss, he’s a Bush a$$-kissing draft-dodger who ran a smear campaign against Max Cleland. Putting stock in losers like Vernon Jones pretty much hands the keys over to the Republicans.

Tip: if you want the media to take your guy seriously, drop Vernon a line. Ask him to quit pimping for sleazy bars, letting meetings dissolve into chaos, and participating in group sex with women who accuse him of rape. Dismissing the security posse would be a good move too. He looks like a pretentious banana republic dictator. How do you expect him to be taken seriously when he acts like a clown?

Don’t be a hater, he’s the only hope we’ll win back Saxby’s seat back from the Republicans folks.

Sorry, Still, and I wasted an entire rant. I was wondering why you inserted a random name while posting on a entry about Dale Cardwell and Vernon Jones. Rand is indeed pretty young and good looking. Tell ya what; I’ll vote for Rand. He doesn’t even have to go sit on the side of a smokestack. I’m afraid it will be a wasted vote, though, in the current Democratic party of Georgia, being a good candidate is automatic disqualification.

Andre, a post where you both use the senseless trendy word “hater” and fail to post a working link to “your” blog is just plain pathetic. It’s getting late and Vernon needs his women delivered, you should get busy on that.

Speaking of Vernon Jones, I have the goods on this guy. I have discovered evidence of a shady land deal to end all shady land deals. Jones seems to be the teflon pol as far as corruption but maybe finally he will be held to account for his actions. Here is how I viewed it…
