Chambliss wanders from Georgia, in search of a fight
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
How confident is U.S. Sen. Saxby Chambliss of his ’08 chances at re-election?
Confident enough to jump into someone else’s race. YouTube is sporting a video that Chambliss helped make for Republican colleague Norm Coleman of Minnesota.
The topic is the farm bill, and Chambliss appears about two minutes into it.
Like Chambliss, Coleman is up for re-election next year. The Minnesota senator faces Democratic opposition that includes satirist Al Franken, the former “Saturday Night Live” performer.
The New York Times reported last week that Franken has raised $1.89 million for his contest, which includes a non-primary nomination process — compared to the $1.7 million that Coleman has gathered up.

Why not stay right here in Georgia and do the fighting? Fight for what you believe in! Free Trade, for example. There would be no need to plead with the Pentagon to purchase more Raptors if the Republicans really believed in free trade - Iraq, Iran, Syria, China, North Korea, etc., would probably be quite willing to do business with Georgia.
Flying low over enemy territory in his FU2-Rapture, the lone gunman is elated with his prospects for eternal bliss.

You want a fight? Try fighting for my vote. I won’t vote for a Democrat in Republican clothing. Where are the real republicans? Where are the Ron Pauls of the world? LESS is a good word to associate with TAX and GOVERNMENT. Try it some time.

i say don’t look at a person as Republican or Democrat, look at the person for their values and what they stand for. Stop being Sheep. I am voting for Dale Cardwell for Senate, he stands for building the fence, tax reform, less government.

Maybe Chambliss could go pick a fight with Max Cleland? It wasn’t disgusting enough last time so I was hoping Chambliss could think up some new way to attack a veteran as unpatriotic.

Interesting strategery on the part of Senator Coleman - getting a hillbilly to be in commercials with him.
I guess he’s hoping the Ventura voters will identify with another moron like Chickenhawk Chambliss…
Trash.
