One of our more alert Catholic readers has properly berated us for missing the real story from last week’s Red Mass, a Catholic service for judicial types of all partisan stripes.
After the ceremony, the independent St. Thomas More Society, a collection of Catholic lawyers, held a luncheon. Former governor Roy Barnes — who attends a Methodist church, though raised Southern Baptist — was one of the honorees, specifically for removing the Confederate battle emblem from the Georgia state flag. As you might remember, it was an act that went down quite well with African-Americans in Georgia.
But Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory — who by happenstance is black — declared, quite loudly, that he would not attend the luncheon because of Barnes’ stand on abortion.
“While I recognize and applaud Governor Barnes’ efforts surrounding the controversy of the Georgia State flag, his support of abortion is contrary to the Church’s teaching. The Catholic Church proclaims that human life is sacred and that the dignity of the human person is the very foundation of a moral vision for society,” said the archbishop’s written statement, published in the Georgia Bulletin.

The South was a bastion of Jeffersonian Protestantism, embracing Jews (Paul’s Letter to the Hebrews) and convincing the Roman Catholics to “leave Babylon.” Statistically there were no Roman Catholics other than a smattering in Charleston, Savannah and Mobile(Viz. RCC census 1855). “Roman Catholicism in Georgia and the Carolinas,” 1872, proves the lie about an RC priest confronting Sherman in Atlanta. Priest didn’t exist and the “Father of lies” works well in his Anti-Christ church. Bush and 5 of 9 SCJustices work for Rome.

Rome pushed you over here and now controls our politics, money and criminal elite. It is proven that Bush/Cheney did 9/11; that his father killed JFK to keep us in Rome’s Vietnam and to restore Rome’s bankers of the Fed to unconstitutional control of our money supply; that his grandfather was Rome’s money conduit from their banker Rockefeller and their collection plate in America to Hitler. Americans seek Truth and Righteousness. Those who turn a blind-eye to or fatuously deny the evidence of Rome’s perfidy are not yet American. All that is required for Evil to triumph is that the Good do nothing. You and your ilk will likely deny the evil seen by millions of Americans. That you are willing to identify yourself as part of the organization whose 188 U.S. dioceses each have a convicted pedophile priest (many have dozens), and which promotes illegal immigration to usurp the American Republic says all about you any true American needs to know. Yet another “atta-boy” for the devious underhanded thief in the night method of stealing the Real Georgia Flag….
While those 2nd place awards might make most bed wetting liberals happy, I cannot see where such mantle decorations could ever take the place of another 4 year term as Gov or even a spot on the National Democratic Ticket as VP.
And to think, that after all the lies, secrecy and screwing the public, that out of over 8 million voting age Georgians, only 212,000 people wanted that ugly blue toilet paper barnes rag.

How about racism being a thing of the past but they are still allowing the KU KLUX KLAN to hold meetings on courtyard lawns. They have a rally scheduled for October 20, 2007 on the lawn of our town’s courthouse here in good ole’ TUPELO, MISSISSIPPI! What you think about that??????
