Giuliani attacks Clinton for her ‘disbelief’ of Petraeus, and says illegal immigration isn’t a crime
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
In Atlanta for a pair of private fundraisers, Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani on Thursday criticized Democrat Hillary Clinton for expressing her “disbelief” in Gen. David Petraeus’ assessment of the situation in Iraq.
Giuliani also said he intended to place an ad in Friday’s New York Times to rebut MoveOn.org’s advertisement referring to “General Betray Us.”
Giuliani said he would ask the newspaper for the same discount it gave the liberal grassroots organization for its full-page ad.
The former mayor of New York City also addressed recent comments in which he said illegal immigration isn’t a crime, and that it shouldn’t be. The Washington Times gave space to the issue today.
In Atlanta, Giuliani said this:
“It’s not up to me to decide whether it’s a crime or not. It’s up to the U.S. Congress to decide that, and the lawbooks say that crossing the border without permission is a misdemeanor.
“Other than that, it’s not a crime. The Congress tried to make it a crime, but didn’t make it a crime, so that’s a question of law, not political rhetoric or political spinning or political positioning.”
Giuliani quickly shifted the topic by declaring that he has the best background to address the difficult topic.

It’s a good thing Cynthia McKinney declined a presidential bid HA HA with the Green Party. Then you would have had two women that will say anything to get publicity and your vote. It will take a lifetime to do everything Hillary has promised to do sar far. It will also take a huge tax hike. I wish someone would ask her how she intends to pay for all the great things she plans on doing.

Petraeus has admitted being the general officer who knew the Iraqi munitions dumps were unguarded - though failed to obey Military Science 101 and have them destroyed - permitting their use in the IED deaths of thousands of our men and women.
What an idiot…perfect for the Draft-dodging Closet-queen-in-Chief, and cross-dressing adulterer Giuliani. Not perfect for America.

Will, LOL! That’s some funny stuff. To actually think that 9/11 was committed by Bush & Cheney. Most leftists such as yourself also like to profess that Bush is an idiot. Please explain how an idiot could possibly have enough intelligence to pull something like that off. Good stuff…really!

Rudy must have slept through the 1960’s when Westmorland was lying through his teeth as shown by the Pentagon Papers.
If Rudy is so trusting of any General’s assessment (they have to follow orders, even a Presidential order to lie) he is not fit to be Persident.
The lawless dems are at it again. They are trying to pass the Dream Act this week - which takes financial aid money away from low income college kids and gives it to illegals. Then it gives illgals citizenship & they can bring in their families - say 6 million the first year.
SAY NO TO BACK DOOR AMNESTY!
SAY NOT TO RIPPING OFF LOW INCOME AMERICAN COLLEGE KIDS! PHONE YOUR SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN!

Illegal workers are criminals, those who hire them are criminals and those who aid-and-abet them are criminals. (Title 8 of of the U.S. Code)
Illegal aliens in America have NO rights. We are required by law to arrest and prosecute, deport them.
No, matter your political party affiliation, and setting aside your thoughts on issues. We all need to remember what it is to be an American Citizen. We need to make sure our elected representatives obey their Oath of Office and keep their Oath of Allegiance.

I’ll tell you when it started goin’ bad for ‘merica…..the Milly Vanilli thing! I didn’t trust diddle-dang piddle-poo after that.
Now, as we confront 12th-Imam Islamists and 7th-Day Adventists, (and two-day Lentist, who only observe lent for two days, like the weak-livered pagan scum they be), we have to take the military back away from the military command structure and give it back to a civilian president. Bush was president only on domestic issues and foreign policy, (we hope), but the one role Bush never played was commander in chief. He delegated that role to Cheney who used it to be the architect of the logistics in army concentrations. He was distributing power and making structural changes in the military’s mission that only Bush should make.
We let Cheney rob us in the face of this war, which only emerged after a stupified nation loved and trusted their commander in chief, Bush. Cheney could not be controlled, and I demand his resignation, effective noon tomorrow.
Only Cheney would have vitiated the aplomb a vice president would need to access turkish airspace. Powell couldn’t perform the diplomatic gesticulations that Cheney could. Turkey is a complicated and very sensetive society, and this was the uber-bungle of the war, hands down. We needed that airspace, Cheney didn’t get it. Do the math.
This was Cheney’s baby. No question. Cheney recently proved he’s a saudi puppet when he announced those Saudi Airforce Upgrades after some jealously-regarded spectacular regional growth in US arms deals in the middle east. These countries are armed to the teeth. It’s our country’s mission to supply arms. There’s no other reason for the US to exist.
Cheney thinks that our government is a commercial venture, not for people specifically, but only for people comprising a corporate ship as that corporation is manned by people. Our government is no longer a democratic republic but rather an incidental and early phase of a future government. Our constitution scrutinized by the eyes of a corporation cannot stand. Our constitutiocan can stand up only if viewed through the eyes of people. American People.
See America as part of a work in progress sliding toward social catastrophe. The legal foundations of our institutional laws are underwritten over generations by the same commercial parties. We have to snap that in two.
When the American People learn these laws which enslaved the nation from the beginning, then people are going to expect justice. Bush and Cheney will have to flea. Let them go. We’ve got a country to save and a world to convince.
In our country a chemical factory can just dump poison into your lap and there are laws to protect that factory over your life. It’s why there’s an EPA. EPA is a joke. Chemical factories dump poison into your lap every day all day from a million billion fronts. There are 200 year old laws protecting those factories.
Wait till you see what cheney had classified top secret. It will make you cry, my fine friends. You will cry for your country.
I demand the resignation of Cheney now. Period.
Cheney dropped the ball because he was too busy planning every conceivable aspect of the commercial applications inherent in the act of supplying an army at war. He was making decisions and causing consequences that only the President can do. (Only a commander in chief can do what Cheney did, so it’s treason).
Bush authorized Cheney to be the commander in chief. Period. Bush split his presidency in two, and that’s something no one voted for.
A Half a Trillion went to invisible contractors at Cheney’s no-bid, all-bud behest. We got took.
Cheney is a b.arnold. I demand he resign now.

DR. COLES ARTICLE IS ALWAYS A REPEAT. We’ve seen it about a dozen times in different articles Can’t this guy write any better. A Doctor?? HA HA HA. He talks about anarchy, Is he not. If illegals can be accepted in college, it seems the native born citizens are not doing better in class. The reasoning about free tuition is B..S., it’s a scapegoat by Dobbs and sessions who are known racists. Most of those complaining are scared the illegals are smarter. Come on, prove that the patriotic, nativist american brain is more superior, not only the color.

Rudy has declared misdemeanors are not crimes.
According to entries on Google, misdemeanors are “lesser crimes.” But still crimes, so Rudy is unilaterally declaring that a crime is not a crime. And he’s the law and order candidate.
The misdemeanants that are in jail for up to a year may disagree with Rudy.
What Rudy fails to mention is that returning to the USA illegally after being deported is a felony. Is he willing to deport these upstanding illegals? I would guess that that would be most of them.

If Giuliani doesn’t think that crossing the border into this country is not breaking the law then he should release all prisoners from our prisons and jails because after all, all they did was break the law and I guess that is not a crime. We should let all prisoners keep the items or properties they stole just as Giuliani wants law breaker illegals to stay in this country. What an asissine remark for a presidential candidate to make. I will not vote for Giuliani or any candidate who does not put America or the American people first and foremost.

Those who argue against the DREAM act, should be noted for their spiritual callousness. Many of those students are essentially Americans. If they can deny them a path to legalization it means they have it in them to do something meanspirited toward full Americans as well. They barely know what mercy is.
Some also apparently fail to understand what Giuliani said. He said it’s a ‘legal fact’, not political spin. Yet what do some do? Accuse him indirectly of spin. It’s hopeless. The best thing would be if All politicians could somehow ignore these voters altogether and just focus on the rational majority. These narrow minded naggers hamper the entire discourse.

Remove the criminal masters from our shores, then we can confront educating the substantially decent Hispanics in the principles and Mottoes that make America such a ripe target for that which Our Founder identified as “the real Anti-Christ.”
Once the Roman church hierarchy and the Fifth Column false-elite is disposed of judicially, executed, deported and expropriated we can revisit the results of their “National Pastoral Plan for Hispanic Ministry” stratagem which has, by stated and achieved design, flooded Our Country with illegal Roman Catholics to usurp Our Republic.
Roman Catholics and their sympathisers, who happen to have American Citizenship, advocating further opportunity, amnesty, and citizenship for the corrupt fruit of Rome’s as yet unfulfilled scheme, are witting or unwitting dupes of Treason and must be addressed accordingly.
Giuliani’s own Misprision of 9-11 Treason, perversion, adultery, and Mafia connections demonstrate conclusively the “downside” of Roman Catholic culture. We came here to escape his native caesaropapism. It is now The People’s Duty (White, Black, Red, Brown, and Yellow) to extirpate the Tory evil as we did in 1776.
All aboard…leave the fascist plutocracy and their pedophile priesthood behind.

If Hillary were hot, it would not make a difference. I have to suspend the willingness of disbelief to listen to her. I disbelieve that she knows nothing about Norman Hsuicide. I disbelieve that she knows nothing about her own voting record on the war. I disbelieve that she knew nothing of the multiple scandals, some including shady Chinese money (a la Norman Hsuicide) that plagued Bill’s administration. If she never knows anything about that goes on around her, then why should she lead a nation?
