Max is back, working with a company exploring war-wound treatment

Nearly five years after his defeat at the hands of Republican Saxby Chambliss, former U.S. senator Max Cleland is coming home.

Cleland, a Vietnam vet and triple amputee, has quit his job as a director on the Export-Import Bank of the United States in Washington, and has signed up as a senior policy advisor for Tissue Regeneration Technologies, a Woodstock firm.

TRT is exploring new techniques to “certain combat injuries, including those sustained from improvised explosive devices,” the press release says.

More on this later.

Max Cleland is just like Osama bin Laden. Plus he faked his service in Vietnam and his medals are all fake. I saw Saxby Chambliss’s TV ads and I know that Max Cleland is a liberal terror threat to the United States. Saxby Chambliss is a glorious conservative who is victorious over terorist liberals. Glory to Saxby’s name! Praise him!

Georgia used to have high powered leaders in the US Senate. It’s too bad Max won’t run against Chambliss. Georgia deserves better than some back bench do nothing like Saxby. He has the worst constituent service office in the history of our state.

SouthGaSon is right. I’ve contacted Saxby’s office several times and they NEVER write or call you back. And, what’s sad is I’m a Republican AND I donated to his campaign. I won’t ever support him again.

“Mad Max” Cleland is disgusting. We should stop him from sodomizing Boy Scouts like we did back in 2002.
