Hank Johnson pitches his tent with the Obama camp

Hank Johnson has plighted his troth to Barack Obama — the first Democratic congressman in Georgia to publicly align himself with that candidate’s presidential campaign.

As we recall, U.S. Rep. Jim Marshall (D-Macon) sides with John Edwards. Otherwise, Democrats have tried to remain non-aligned.

Iraq is the issue for Johnson:

“Today more than ever, a fundamental change in the way we do our business in Washington is crucial,” said the DeKalb County representative in the release from Chicago. “Barack Obama, who had the sound judgment to oppose the Iraq War early on, is the only candidate who will turn the page on this disastrous foreign policy and lead our nation to a new standing in the world.”

These are questions democratic voters should be asking themselves:

Why would someone with Hillary’s “experience” start a fight and then play the victim?

Why would someone with Hillary’s “experience” authorize a war that has caused thousands of lives, billions of dollars, and America’s prestige and then say she didn’t know Bush would invade Iraq?

Does Hillary know something about the polls that Americans don’t know?

Charles Krauthammer should be asked if Hillary Clinton is fully qualified to be Commander in Chief at a ‘time of war’. If he says YES, democrats would hold him to it should Hillary win.

This is what democratic primary voters should be reading: Face and Phases of Panic

Ron Paul GOP Candidate is the only candidate who is dedicated to a SMALLER GOVERNMENT, ENDING THE WAR, and a more peaceful, more FREE America.

YOUTUBE RON PAUL and watch his videos. He is the greatest Statesman since RONALD REAGAN.

Congressman Ron Paul is HONEST AND TRUE.

He has voted:

against the IRAQ WAR against the PATRIOT ACT has never voted to raise taxes against raising Congressional pay. against abortion

RON PAUL is a Constitutionalist and dedicated to what the Founding Fathers wanted this nation to be…with a smaller government that does NOT try to RUN OUT LIVES.

Youtube Ron Paul.

Sen.Obama is truly more experience than Sen.Hillary is when it comes to not putting the american people at risk. Sen.Hillary refuses to meet with world leaders has shone she doesn’t know what if, she should have known then would not have put this country in a war that should not have been wage or authorized.

Hooray for Hank Johnson. We should also all count the numerous times when Hillary and her campaign plagiarize Senator Obama’s sentences and words: “Turn the page,” “I’m all fired up,” etc, etc. Leaders find their own vision, not steal from others.

Of course black folk are going to support one of their “homies”, even if Osama is only half black. I mean these are the same idiots that are supporting Mike Vick. Black people DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYBODY BUT THEMSELVES. Osama has no experience running ANYTHING, but hey, he’s a brutha, and if you don’t support the “brutha”, you are an UNCLE TOM SELL OUT!

Hmmm! Nick by your accounts Hillary must be a “sistah”? She has more of the black support in the polls.

You are an idiot.

Diversity is the name of the game. Hank Johnson, a Black Buddhist, is supporting a Barrack Hussein Obama, a Mulatto raised Muslim now a United Church of Christ member. Hank beat Cynthia McKinney a Catholic Congresswomen. It is good that America and this region in particular is so open to people of different faiths.

Dear Jane—what is a “Black Buddhist” and “Mulatto”—other than human beings? There is no diversity in “race” as there is only ONE “race”—the HUMAN RACE. The religious diversity you cite indeed has meaning. Surely you are not a dermatologist or teacher. Although your heart might be in the right place—please learn the difference between ethnicity and “race”. What shade of skin color do you have?

Finally Hillary came out in her true colours to confirm what I have always said.

I have always said that the current foreign policy problems that President Bush Administration has miserably failed to deal with was actually incubated by Clinton’s Administration.

Clinton’s reluctance to engage effectively with influencial world leaders during his eight years in office, saw the Arm’s race in Middle East take a fatal pace, while his absolute inaction to deal effectively with terror gangs, saw the strentghening of terror groups such as Al quida. Dont forget Hillary was the first lady then and perhaps the power behind the throne.

She has finnaly confirmed to the American people that there will be no foreign policy change worth talking about. As much as people value experience, bad experience is worse than no experiece at all.

It is only Barrack Obama who is promising serious radical shift in formulating his foreign policy. That is what American people are looking for. they want politics of engagement rather than politics of confrontations. It is only by engaging your foe that you can be able to effectively deal with issues.

“There is no diversity in “race” as there is only ONE “race”—the HUMAN RACE.”

Yeah but we now know different “races” have experienced different types and rates of brain evolution. There is a difference.

And that difference is demonstrated every day on this blog.

Don’t worry, Diamond, I’m not a strong supporter of Hillary anyway—and it has nothing to do with her “experience.” It has to do with her stance on the actual issues (remember those?). Obama’s by far the better candidate.

BillW, Please site some reputable sources for that statement. I would like to see some, but I don’t think you’ll be able to produce any.
