Maybe that’s because he addressed transportation extensively the previous day at eggs and issues. Searching that speech finds 12 mentions of transportation, roads, traffic, etc. The reality is that Governor Perdue is spending twice as much each year as the AJC’s beloved Roy Barnes ever did.
