How can you even try to compare Britney Spears and Christina A.? Christina hands down. Britney can’t sing. It’s all “studio backed up” and she has to lip sync because of that. Christina can belt it out with the best of them and actually has an awesome voice. You just wonder how someone that tiny comes out with a voice like that!

Britney has the body of a woman whereas Christina is more of a tom boy. Christina is a better singer though. Additionally, Britney is currently a basket case. So, it depends what you’re looking for. I’d take Avril Lavigne over either of them.

Christina has way more talent as far as singing. Just no doubt. That said, before ‘washing out’, Brittany was HOT. Scalding HOT. Now she reminds me of the kind of hot you see at an Alabama trailor park (sorry Alabama).

OH MY GOD!!!! This question has to be a joke. Christina Hands down, would hurt Britney’s feelings, if they were to ever go toe-to-toe, in an onstage battle vocally. I love Christina, I love the fact that she’s been through some things, and the press has portrayed her negatively at times. But she has bounced back each time, and continued to make great music. And she and her husband are not Media spectacles.

Christina has alwaysbeen a better vocal performer of the two. Christina has enormous skill, range and power. Jessica is also a better vocalist than Brittany.Only the musically unskilled/musically uneducated are fooled by the props and mechanics.

This is a trick question right? Christina has a MUCH BETTER voice than Britney Spears. Britney’s voice is better for Nickelodeon or some other kids show. I love to hear Christina sing. She has a very strong and beautiful voice. I feel she will go a long way.

Christina has a real singing voice. She has always been better than Britany. I really don’t think you can compare the two except they are both females. Aguilera has it all together. Britany fell apart a long time ago.

lets go over the stats:1.singing-Christina.2.music-tie-they both have put out good songs and both put out crappy songs.3.performance-tie one can sing,one can dance (dancing is a skill and a talent)4.looks-britney has a better body,christina has a prettier face,depends on what you like.5.Drama-Brittney! but christina has come under attack for her slutty videos.6.record sales-Brittney has sold more records than christina (remember its called show biz! and its all about how many records you sell not talent!)

This is a stupid question. Vocally, Christina wins hands down. In the looks department, she also looks better to me. I wish she would leave the bottle blond look alone, but it is better than shaving your head for attention. As far as performances, yes Britney is good, but she is un-original in that her moves and dances are copied from the great dancers/performers of the 80’s like Janet Jackson and Paula Abdul (who couldn’t really sing but could dance her butt off!!) Christina brings something different everytime and is not concerned with doing what everyone else does and that’s what makes her unique. When was the last time you heard a hit from Britney? THERE IS NO COMPARISON! And yes, I will be at Xtina’s concert on Wednesday!!

if i can read correctly the question is who is better??? better what??? in bed??? cooking??? now everyone has answered by vocals and record sales.. i guess thay all “a*” ummed what you meant. i wont but categorically maybe brit sold more records, which had a lot to do wth hype, and marketing but these two singers have 2 different styles. christina style reaches a different group than britney who is more kiddish than adult as christina is that may account for record sales. as far as singing christina is far, far superior. britney sounds like a lot of decent singers. she has had great up front people who pumped her up bigger than life, but she does have performance/entertainment skills. however as far as singing christina can “SANG” hands down!!!!

Christina actually has a singing voice. Britney doesn’t, she’s “enhanced” electronically. Can’t compare the two when one can actually sing when the other can’t.

Vocally, Christina is definitely the better woman of the two. However when it comes to performance and entertaining your audiences with slick dance moves and stunning costumes, I would have to say Britney takes the cake.

I would buy Christina’s CD before I’d purchase a concert ticket, and would buy a Britney concert ticket before getting her CD.

I want everyone to get Forbes magazine,and look up who are the most wealthy entertainers,and you will see that Britney is worth way more than Christina is.Yes Christina is pretty and yes she can “sang”,but Britney is on another level because she is an all around performer,she knows how to pick the right producers to make hit records,and most important is she knows how to market herself.And that what the music biz is all about.Its more than a pretty face and vocals,its the complete package and most important its having record sales.Christina’s record sales are ok but she can’t even outsell Fergie,Nelly F.,or Ciarra!and they have less talent.So all of you Christina fans need to stop talking and go out and support her music and buy her cd’s when it comes out.

Christina is a better singer by far. Britney is an entertainer who needs synthesized vocals, flashing lights and racy costumes to wow her audiences. I wish more artists with real vocal ability would get recognition and respect from consumers and the industry. I was just at the concert it was very very good,.. her vocals were on top and its towards the end of her tour i was very impressed, not a second of the show was boring and her intrance was breathtaking
