DeKalb County police Thursday were investigating a predawn shooting at an apartment complex that left one person dead.
Police dispatchers said the shooting occurred shortly before 6 am., during an apparent robbery at the Wynscape Apartments in the 2900 block of Shallowford Rd.
The identity of the person killed was not immediately available.
