Tickets for King Tut going fast

King Tut has the Midas touch.
Organizers report that 50,000 tickets have been sold for “Tutankhamun: The Golden King and the Great Pharaohs” since tickets became available Sept. 9.
The exhibit, which runs Nov. 15 to May 25 at the Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center, will highlight more than 50 treasures from Tut’s tomb and some 70 artifacts representing other pharaohs and notables, along with the latest scientific research about the boy king.
The show is presented by Emory University’s Michael C. Carlos Museum of Emory University.
