A Cobb County man whom police said was speeding died when he crashed his car about 3 a.m. Sunday.
Tony L. Smith, 35, of Powder Springs was driving west on Sullivan Road when he left the road, rolled over and hit a chain link fence and a swing set before stopping at a tree. Smith was alone in the car and was not wearing a seat belt. He was thrown out of the car during the rollover and was dead at the scene, Cobb police said.
