A Marietta clothing store owner has been charged with unlawful surveillance and stalking after a customer alleged he videotaped her while she was in a dressing room.
James Jackson IV, 42, the owner of Hip Chic on Roswell Road, is free on bond. He turned himself in to authorities last Wednesday after a warrant was issued, said Cobb County police spokeswoman Cassie Reece.
Investigators have uncovered additional videos, dated June 10, of other customers in the dressing room, she said.
Attempts to reach Jackson were unsuccessful. He also owns the Funkey Monkey boutique in east Cobb County.
