Find out how often customers complain about your insurer with our new company search.
The AJC reviewed more than 1,800 complaints filed between 2004 and 2008. Almost 45 percent of complaints filed during that period involved individual health insurance, even though only 8 percent of the state's residents, or about 460,000 Georgians, were enrolled in individual policy plans.
