LaGrange College official named president of Centenary

The Centenary College Board of Trustees has named a Georgian as the school’s new president.

B. David Rowe’s appointment to the Shreveport, La., school was made on Tuesday.

For the past nine years, Rowe has served as the vice president for advancement at LaGrange College in LaGrange, Ga. He will take over at Centenary on Aug. 1.

Rowe succeeds Ken Schwab, who announced his retirement earlier this year.
