What schools got -- and gave back -- after Katrina

Federal officials asked for an $8.2 million refund from the Cobb, DeKalb and Gwinnett schools after questioning the emergency aid the districts received after Hurricane Katrina.

But Georgia Department of Education monitors found only $1.4 million in overpayments from 66 of 132 districts that received aid statewide -- including those three. Here's what each of the 66 districts received and gave back:
