Kathy Cox tests smarts on ‘5th Grader’

Georgia will learn Friday night whether state schools Superintendent Kathy Cox is smarter than a fifth-grader.

Cox will appear on the season premiere of the popular game show, “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?” The episode airs at 8 p.m. on Fox.

Georgia State Superintendent Kathy Cox did win a math game against sixth-grader Samantha Hall, 11, when she visited Webb Bridge Middle School in Alpharetta last month.
