Are you feeling the aftershocks of the CRCT?

For many parents and students the recent state Department of Education report was shocking: 40 percent of Georgia's eighth-graders and 30 percent of fifth-graders failed the math part of the Georgia Criterion-Referenced Competency Test (CRCT) and might not be promoted.
