Forsyth County: Call 678-513-5893 or 678-513-5854; or fill out an online report on the county Web site at www.forsythco.com/home.asp.

Gwinnett County: Call 678-376-6800 or go to www.gwinnettcounty.com. Click "Departments" and then click "Water Resources" and then click "Report Watering Violation."

Johns Creek: Fulton County Public Works Department, 404-612-8097.
