Milton council members to host town-hall meeting

Milton City Council members Tina D’Aversa and Alan Tart are hosting a town hall meeting on Thursday to discuss a wide range of issues facing the city and to field questions from the audience.

The meeting, to be conducted at City Hall, will also be attended by staff members from the departments of Public Safety, Parks and Recreation, Public Works, Community Development, Public Safety and Finance.

The agenda calls for the airing of several topics, including Fulton County property taxes, crime prevention, planning on Ga. 9, traffic, noise, land use and zoning as well parks.

Milton City Hall is located at 13000 Deerfield Parkway. The meeting starts at 6 p.m.
