Georgia State University students Andy Medlin, 21, and Jordan Streiff, 22, will offer political neophytes (like themselves) weekly lessons on the inner workings of the Capitol. The duo won first place for a comedy in the university's Campus MovieFest last year for their film "A Meditation on the Speed Limit." In it, students created a blockade along I-285 by driving the speed limit.
