Tom Baxter
Tom Baxter has been a reporter, Sunday perspective editor and national editor at the AJC. Since 1987, he has written about politics in Georgia, the South and the nation.He and his wife, Liliane, have raised three children and have two grandsons. They live in Atlanta.
He attended Hank Williams' funeral when he was 3 years old and is believed to be the only political analyst in the country to have sampled Tom Murphy's voice in a rap song.
