One dead in Lawrenceville double shooting

Gwinnett County police are investigating a double shooting — one fatal — in Lawrenceville.

Cpl. Illana Spellman said a man in his early twenties was found dead in a car at 87 Caboose Court.

A second man, 17, has been taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Spellman said.

No suspects or motives have been identified, and police continue to investigate, she said.
