A man was injured Tuesday night when he fell from a ride at a Loganville carnival, authorities said.
Gwinnett County fire Capt. Thomas Rutledge said the incident occurred about 7 p.m. at McNair Amusements on U.S. 78 at Old Loganville Road.

The man, whose name was not released, fell from a "swing-type" carnival ride while the ride was in motion, Rutledge said.
He said the man was conscious, and was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries.
