Several members of the Air Force Junior ROTC program at Sandy Creek High in Fayette County have been honored for their accomplishments.

Junior Thomas Treat, a third-year cadet, has been selected for the AFJROTC Aerospace and Technology Honors Camp to be held in June at the University of Oklahoma. Cadets attending this program represent the top 1 percent of over 100,000 cadets who are in AFJROTC throughout the country and overseas. Treat, who earlier claimed the state’s top Junior ROTC honors, has also been selected to attend the Air Force Academy and the U.S. Military Academy Summer Seminar.
